• The given prices are per person, based on 2022 rates, and subject to the availability of the cited hotels:
• From July to September in Tortuguero National Park an optional night tour to walk along the beach to admire the green turtles nesting is available, price on request. 
• Rates per person in US dollars, valid until Dec. 1st. with exception of Easter week (11 –17 Apr), supplement on request depending on arrival date.
• Vouchers will be released 48 hours after we receive the full payments/ 07 days prior to the departure.
• In case of last minute bookings credit card guarantee has to be provided to confirm the booking and release the service vouchers
• Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or credit card.

• Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2 pax in a room and the extra passengerhave to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the passengersin a room. We can recheck on this after we make the reservation.

• Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)

• Please note that your package includes Stay, Private transfers, Seat in Coach (SIC) transfers and Sightseeing. Any Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Transfers, Entrances and any Tours (Except for the once pre-booked through us) are additional and passengers have to pay extra in case they intend to opt any.
• Car on disposable basis will be of 10 hours only, if in case you may use more than 10 hours they will charge directly on the spot(that you have to pay directly).
• Reach the Seat in Coach Tour pick up point 45-30 minutes before your departure time.
• For transfers, Total luggage you can carry is 1 big bags (23 KG), 1 small bags (7 kg). If you have any extra bags, then you have to pay directly. 
• All hotels may ask for credit card for refundable security deposit. If you do not have credit card, then hotel might not allow you to check in. Please carry International valid credit card, its mandatory.
