Important Notes:

  • The meals which we cook depends on the grocery which we get on the ground in that particular city. 
  • We have been travelling in this huge continent, so it is quite possible that we will be taking via flights because we have a group and we do not get group tickets in certain flights. We do take tickets where we get group fare group discount and all group flights together. 
  • Still it is possible that we might spilt the group as well.
  • As we're travelling through a huge continent, it is very much possible that we have long flights. We have via flight and unusual flight timings. The airlines here also keep on changing and cancelling the flights. So it is possible that our itinerary may be affected due to it.
  • For wheelchair requests, please note that the wheelchair assistance might not be available in all airlines.
  • If we're travelling in small aircraft and small flights, small airports  then it is quite possible that they have to climb the stairs of the plane. They do not have ramps at the airport. 
  • There will be a lot of walking climbing and a little bit of hiking required throughout the south america tour.

Points To Be Noted:

  • At some of the hotels breakfast would be Cold Breakfast spread with limited items like Milk, Cereal, Fruits along with no Indian items. 
  • Lunches will be a combination of restaurant / hotel / packed box lunches.
  • In few hotels we will provide hotel breakfast.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances any meal on tour can be packed meal due to operational issues.
  • Despite having a chef on board, some meals will be prepared by the restaurant due to logistic reasons. (Specifically on days with intercity flight or long distance road travel)
  • It is advisable to carry one Poncho or Raincoat as you may get wet at some places during the tour. 
  • Non Vegetarian food is not possible in the chef tours.

  • Machu Picchu circuits are subject to availability. The group can be split across 2 different circuits.

Exclusions

  • Visa charges for 3 countries. USA passport holders are also required to take Brazil Visas.
  • International Airfare.
  • Tour Tips of USD 10 per person per day.
  • Medical Insurance.
  • Porterage - Passengers need to carry their own luggage at Airport, Hotel, Cruise Port & coaches.
  • Deviation charges levied by airlines.
  • Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Phone, and Minibar etc.
  • Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit: USD 2500 to confirm you're booking with us.
  • 2nd Payment: 70% of the Tour cost
  • 100% payment to be made at least 45 Days Prior to your Departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • USD 1500 is non-refundable after booking is made with us.
  • 60 Days or more prior to departure: USD 2500 non refundable.
  • 59 to 45 days prior to departure: 80% of the Tour cost.
  • Within 45 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost.

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
