Points To Be Noted:

  • At some of the hotels breakfast would be Cold Breakfast spread with limited items like Milk, Cereal, Fruits along with no Indian items. 
  • Lunches will be a combination of restaurant / hotel / packed box lunches.
  • In few hotels we will provide hotel breakfast.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances any meal on tour can be packed meal due to operational issues.
  • Despite having a chef on board, some meals will be prepared by the restaurant due to logistic reasons. (Specifically on days with intercity flight or long distance road travel)
  • It is advisable to carry one Poncho or Raincoat as you may get wet at some places during the tour.

Exclusions

  • Visa charges for 3 countries. USA passport holders are also required to take Brazil Visas.
  • International Airfare.
  • Tour Tips of USD 10 per person per day.
  • Medical Insurance.
  • Porterage - Passengers need to carry their own luggage at Airport, Hotel, Cruise Port & coaches.
  • Deviation charges levied by airlines.
  • Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Phone, and Minibar etc.
  • Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit: USD 2500 to confirm you're booking with us.
  • 2nd Payment: 70% of the Tour cost
  • 100% payment to be made at least 45 Days Prior to your Departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • USD 1500 is non-refundable after booking is made with us.
  • 60 Days or more prior to departure: USD 2500 non refundable.
  • 59 to 45 days prior to departure: 80% of the Tour cost.
  • Within 45 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost.

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
