- Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
- Any surcharge applicable during your travel dates.
- Some Meals may be packed / Cash back due to travel and coach restrictions, airline timings. Timings of meals would be adjusted accordingly.
Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - USD 1000 to confirm you're booking with us.
- 2nd Payment - 30% of the Tour cost
- 3rd Payment - 30% of the Tour cost
- 100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure.

Cancellation Policy
- 60 Days or more prior to Departure - 30% of the Tour Cost
- 59 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
- 34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure - 75% of the Tour Cost
- With 7 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
- Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
- ROE will be considered on the day when you make final payment.
- There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
- Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
- All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
- International Hotel Standard Check in time 1500 hrs Check out Time 1100hrs (New York & Las Vegas check in time is: 16:00 hrs.)
- Rooms next to each other and on the same floor will be subject to hotels policy and availability. Flamingo or the tour leader cannot guarantee on the same.
- Porterage is not included. The passengers have to carry their own luggage from coach to room and rooms to coach on their own.
- Passengers need to pay baggage handling fees of USD 25-35 per check in bag, per flight for internal sectors, levied by airlines at airport if more than 1 bag per person by themselves.
- Overseas Medical Insurance is strongly suggestible for your travel.
- Final itinerary with hotel and flight details will be mailed to you 3 days prior to the tour date.
- We will not be responsible for vehicle breakdowns or flight delays.
