Important Note :
  • Please note that all the hotels will be either in Airport area or in the outskirts of the city. 
  • Due to very high season & many trade fairs, we may use hotel in nearby city.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • In some of the European Cities Soups, Starters and Sweets served are limited.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances any meal on tour can be packed meal due to operational reasons. 
  • Some of the meals in the itinerary may have Pizzas & Pastas (Dominos or Local Pizzeria), Subway Sandwich or Taco Bell to provide variety of cuisine. The same is not guaranteed and entirely depends on availability. If we are doing this meal Indian Meal or Indian Items will not be available that day. There may be 1 or 2 meals like this in the itinerary. 

Tour Information

Inclusions

  • Medical Insurance (Up to the Age of 70 years and for the duration of the Tour only. Additional Charges will apply for passengers above the age of 70 years, with medical history and who is traveling for longer than duration of the tour).
  • 5% Government Service Tax (Any increase in GST will increase the Tour Cost. The difference must be borne by the passengers before or after booking is made for the Tour.)

Exclusions

  • Any Airfare and Airport Taxes to join the Group Tour.
  • 2% TCS is applicable on Total Tour Cost
  • Tips are compulsory in Europe which is 3.00 Euros per person per day so therefore total Euro 42.00 per person is additional to be paid
  • Cost of Sightseeing (Except Above)
  • Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Tips, And Phone calls, Mini-Bar etc.
  • Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
  • Any surcharge applicable during your travel dates.
  • No Porterage Included. You have to carry your luggage on your own to your room.
  • All Museums and Monuments are from outside unless mentioned in inclusions.
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • Initial Deposit: 25% to confirm your booking with us.
  • 2nd Payment 60 Days before departure: 50% Of the Tour Cost
  • 3rd Payment 35 Days before departure: 75% Of the Tour Cost
  • Remaining Full Payment: 25 days prior to departure 100% Of the Tour Cost

Cancellation Policy

  • 60 Days or more prior to Departure - 30% of the Tour Cost
  • 59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
  • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
  • Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
  • 60 Days or more prior to Departure - EUR 750.00 per person or 25% of Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
