We Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Vacation!

We have arrived back in QATAR last week from the fantastic 19days trip in UK and Europe which you and your Company organized for us. We would like to congratulate you all as everything went so well, a meticulous effort from Flamingo side.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation; the people, the food, the hotels and sites visited were all excellent.

Barring the Apartciti at Rome, we would also like to say you’re choice of Hotels was excellent at all cities and we had a comfortable stay. A special mention to all the hotels chosen for one night stay was excellent!

Visits to the Disney Land, Eiffel tower and Madame tussauds in UK were a great experience to my children whereas visits to Swarovski, the glass factory and in particular, all the time spent of the street shopping were delightful experiences to my wife. We did enjoy the pedaling boat ride at Edinburg and Gondola ride in Venice. And of course the highlight was Mt Titlis and Jungfrau which are truly amazing.

It was so interesting to learn about the countries and their history, the guides were good, helpful and they were so punctual as well.

All and all it was a very composed and well-designed itinerary.

The quality of food in the restaurants visited and the selection of items are quite impressive and the Service offered by restaurants staff other representatives of your company both in UK and Europe was impeccable.

Last but not least, we would like to thank and wish to Mr. Michel and his wife Natasha (the Bus captains) for their great service. We wish all the best to them.

A special thanks to the tour Manager Mr. Darshan for his dedication, knowledge, good spirit and humour. He is the perfect guide and Tour Manager. All the credit of this tour goes to him for his excellent implantation. We have enjoyed his Masala Tea breaks and thankful to him for making the breakfast interesting by giving occasional hand otherwise was so boring breakfast.

Group tours consist of certain number of people touring together to a destination. Group tours can be a great way to know new people and explore well planned itinerary covering the best places. No changes will be possible in your group tour itinerary. In each destination the group consists of approximately 40 to 55 members.

Individual tours are tailor made tours designed and arranged just for you. You have a liberty to choose your own hotels, and attractions as per your taste.

In Private Transfer you can also choose to do sightseeing by private vehicle which will be available from one point to another. The private vehicle will be pre-booked on a pre-decided route and timings decided in advance as well.

Vehicle at disposal means that a car will be with you throughout the travel trip for which timings and kilometers will be decided in advance. If you use the car outside the travel package distance or time limit then it may not be possible or it will charged additionally. Vehicle at disposal offers more flexibility and control over the itinerary. Also private van tours include a coach at service.

SIC (Seat in coach basis) SIC coach transfers depart only at fixed times and stop at different hotels enroute where other passengers may be picked up or dropped off which mean it time consuming. You will be traveling with other passengers and passengers of different nationalities which offers a good chance to interact with people from different parts of the world. Before joining the tour you need to exchange tour vouchers for your original tickets from the concerned office. Many time the tour starting point is not from the hotel so then you need to reach the departure point from your hotel at your own expense.
