• Child below 18Years travelling without parents must carry affidavit copy of NOC along with original birth certificate 
• Tour manager will join directly at the destination he/she may not be with you in the flight.

Important Notes:-

• It is impossible to do all the Optional/Adventure Activities in South Africa Group Tour so you have to select your activities before your travel and our Tour Manager will guide you how to manage the Activities during your stay in South Africa. 
• For Optional Activities: If Weather Does Not permit then our companyis not responsible. In case you wish to do any additional optional activities our coach will not be available, our Tour Manager will help you arrange the Transport to the optional Activity Places (WITH EXTRA OPTIONAL COST) 
• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain. Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.

• Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary. 
• Tap water is suitable for drinking. 
• Meals Doesn’t Include any Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices 
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing. 
• It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office. 
• We recommend taking Overseas Medical insurance.

• Baggage Allowance 20 Kg per person for Check in Baggage.5 Kegs for Cabin Baggage. 
• For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox.

VISA Notes : 

• As an International Traveler one is obliged to obtain necessary visas for their required Travel. 
• Visa Requirements are different for different nationalities and as passengers one much check Eligibility / Time Require for procurement of Visas (if required) / Passport Validity for travel with nearest consulate or embassy.   
• For any rejection or non-availability of the visas, Passengers are liable to pay Cancellation as per Policy and our company under any circumstances will not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations. 
• If you are unable to travel on the Tour you have booked due to any error on the part of Embassy / Consulate or Incorrect Visas or Delayed Visas you shall have an option to travel on future date tour or change in your Individual Bookings.  Amendment and Cancellation charges applicable and are to be borne by the passengers only. 
• Consulates may not be in the same city of your residence. Your travel cost and arrangements for traveling to nearest embassy or consulate or any place due to personal calls or if personal submissions required is totally on your account only. 

South Africa Visa Requirements for Indian Passport holders

• Passport, (valid for at least 6 months after the intended stay/departure date From South Africa; at least Two unused/blank visa pages) (Along with Old Passport)
• PAN Card copy of each pax
• Final COVID19 Vaccination certificate of each pax
• 3 recent photographs - fresh photographs
• Photo size 35mm by 45mm without border, without spectacles, without showing teeth, fully visible ears. 70% (3 CM) Full-face image from chin to crown and 20% Body Coverage (Shoulders Should be visible) taken against white background and with colorful clothes. The photo finishing should be matt or semi matt.
• 2 Business letterhead (for explaining purpose of travel)- to be signed as per passport and stamp with Designation
• 2 Business Cards
• Proof of funds (Last 06 month’s bank statement signed and stamped by the bank With a balance of INR 70,000 per person (Required original Indian bank statement on bank letterhead with Stamp and signature and No passbook, No e-statements, No Net banking copies Will be accepted.)
• Bank Balance Certificate (Must)
• N.O.C. from the employer (if Govt. employee)
• If a married couple does not have each other’s name in the passport under ‘SPOUSE’ column, a TRUE COPY (notary) of their marriage certificate is required (English only)
• Student’s ID card copy (TRUE COPY) or bonafide certificate (ORIGINAL) with Principal’s Name 
• Birth Certificate copy in English, True copy done by Gazetted Officer (For child below 18 years)
• Visa Form with sign - Same as per passport (Need both the Parents sign beside child’s sign below 18 years)
• Vaccination certificate, (yellow fever) if applicant will travel through or stay in yellow fever belt.
