Above cost is based on 4x4 wheel Drive in Kenya & Tanzania in a 6 seater vehicle & maximum you can fit 6 Passengers in 1 Car & if number of travelling passengers’ are more than 6 than you will have to take more cars as per requirement.

Luggage :

Luggage allowance in Kenya and Tanzania is strictly 15kgs per person and soft bags are highly recommended, if not essential. In light aircraft the baggage area and weight, allowance is limited. Hard Samsonite type suitcases do not fit into the cargo compartment easily, if at all.

Due to limited space available for storage in safari vehicles, we strongly recommend use soft duffle bags rather than hard suitcases.

Road Conditions :

The road situations in Kenya & Tanzania and the surrounding are unpaved roads, and sometimes are tough to pass through even in 4 x 4 vehicles with high clearance. The roads are quite muddy and full of potholes so passengers having any back problems or any issues; are suggested to take precautions accordingly.

Yellow Fever Vaccination is compulsory to carry while visiting these countries, also to be taken minimum 2 weeks prior your travel.

Local English Speaking Driver cum Guide will be available for each Vehicle during your Tour for Kenya & Tanzania.

Masai Mara Lodge to Serengeti Lodge travelling is approx. 9 to 10 hrs drive by road so if in case someone wants to avoid that road journey they can take flight option by paying additional flight cost as mentioned above

Tipping guides, drivers or support staff as a way of showing your appreciation for great service is customary in Kenya, and is done in US$ or Kenyan Shillings (KSH). USD 5 per person per day tips are expected by your driver cum guide throughout the tour.

Although larger hotels have reliable electricity supplies, lodges in the game parks are usually powered by solar power or diesel generators, which are switched off during some parts of the day as well as night. Hotel reception shall give you detailed information on the power cut timings. Plan ahead and charge your cameras and mobiles at appropriate times of the day.
