Glimpse of South Africa - Self Drive

• Above all the rates are tentative and if there is any surcharge in your travelling dates then this rates may change (Peak season surcharges may applicable)  
• Payment to be made as per the current rate of exchange on the day of final payment and we charge 0.25p more than exchange rates online 

FOR SELF DRIVE:

• If you choose self-Drive package option you must have valid credit card under your name with limit of 1 Lac Limit.
• If you choose self-Drive package option you must have Valid Driving License in English 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain. Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.
• International Hotel Checkin time 1400 hrs Checkout Time 1000hrs
• There is No Refund for unutilized Service 
• You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
• Room allocation -Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.
• Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
• Tap water is suitable for drinking. 
• Meals Doesn’t Include any Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
• It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office.
• We recommend taking Overseas Medical insurance.
• Portages and  Coach Captain Tips  are extra
• Baggage Allowance:20 Kg per person for Check in Baggage.5 Kgs per person for Cabin Baggage. 
• For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police. Passengers are  requested to submit  Xerox

• The car rental company charges document admin fee, one-way drop off fees (which cannot be added from here) after 3-6 months of the departure date from South Africa, which are directly payable by the client and Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd is not liable to refund these charges.
• An English printed license and credit card (with the limit of INR 2,00,000 ) in the name of the driver is compulsory to be carried 
• Please read the agreement before signing the document for rental car, it is all subject to change on arrival, and is compulsory to be signed during collection of the car
• On the departure day, the car has to be returned with the petrol/diesel tank full and not empty.
• Please note that the car hire company can charge amount on the credit card if any damages are done to the car and Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd will not be liable to pay/refund these charges 
• Please follow all traffic rules, since if you're charged for traffic fines they will charge on your credit card 1 month later as per govt rules.
• Any charges can be charged by the car rental company such as taxes, government fees, etc even after 2-3 months after the departure date, Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd will not be liable to pay/refund these charges 
• Minimum age for vehicle hire 21 years of age. Additional charges applicable if hire below 25 years
• An international credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) is required for insurance and bond these cannot be paid in cash and the hire must be the cardholder of the credit card. 
• Fuel Cost will be extra to be paid by the client directly.
• Rates quoted on a 24 hour period and include insurance (subject to excess), unlimited kilometres and GST Tax.
• Airport Concession fee will apply for any hire commencing from an airport. This fee is to be paid by hirer direct to the rental company at hire commencement. Request quote at time of booking the hire for current charges
• Remote location pick-up fee is excluded. This fee is to be paid by hirer direct to the rental company at hire commencement.
• GPS Navigation units are available at additional Charge, payable to Car Hirer Company directly.
• Cars are confirmed per category and not by make or model, all confirmations subject to availability
• Parking charges /Toll taxes if applicable will be extra
• Do not drink alcohol before driving. Drinking and driving laws are strictly enforced
