- Initial deposit – USD 1000/-per person to confirm you're booking with us.
- 100% payment to be made at least 45 days before departure, Payment to be collected in USD as per the prevailing Rate of Exchange on date of final Payment

Cancellation Policy
- 45 Days or more prior to Departure – USD 1000
- 44 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure – 50% of the Tour Cost Per Person
- 35 Days to Date of Departure – 100% of The Tour Cost Per Person
