Cancellation Policy

Frequently Asked Questions

1.The destinations located in the northern part of India like Kashmir, Leh, Himachal, Uttaranchal, Sikkim, North East are all hill station areas & so there are long journeys involved in the itinerary. So if you are planning any destination from these than pls. note that long drives / journeys will be involved in the tour. The hill station tours are always adventurous & hectic. So pls. understand well about the distances & kms. before booking the tour.

2.Due to rough roads & long distance travel, the vehicle condition is not very good.

3.Drivers cannot put on the AC while driving in hilly areas. Also when the vehicle is parked at some sightseeing place or restaurant & if few passengers are sitting inside the vehicle than pls. note that the driver cannot keep the AC on.

4.Most of the cities in the hill station destinations are such that for the local sightseeing either you have to use the union car or you have to hire a small car. The vehicle which is booked for your tour will not be allowed for the local sightseeing so client have to hire the union car for the same on direct payment. (Places like Nainital, Mussoorie, Haridwar, Shimla and Manali).

5.As per the airline rule & as per the transport rule, client should carry 1 medium size bag & 1 hand bag. The vehicles will not have the carrier so the luggage will be stored in the boot space so lot of luggage or big bags will not fit in the car. Additional vehicle / luggage van for the luggage will cost extra & will have to be paid directly by the guest.

6.If you are opting for the tempo traveler category of vehicle for your tour than pls. note that the tempo traveler in these regions are smaller in size compared to the metro cities / international destinations and so the seats inside the vehicle will also be narrow & non push back. Also the condition of the tempo traveler will not be as good as the smaller cars like Innova or Sedan. Tempo travelers are not considered as luxury vehicles.

7.Sightseeing places like Rohtang pass Manali, Lal Tibba Mussoorie, Ghat at Haridwar & Rishikesh, Manikaran Manali will not be covered by the transport vehicle. Client has to visit these places by local union vehicle & the charges for the same has to be paid directly.  

8.If you are visiting Corbett national park or any national park in India , than pls note that the jungle safari is not included in the package so once your tour booking is done than pls book your jeep safari online thru its website.https://www.corbettonline.uk.gov.in/

9.Pls. note, transportation or transfers included means the vehicle / driver will take you to the places that are mentioned in the itinerary but the entry fees of that particular spot will be extra & it has to be paid by the client directly.

1.Lot of hotels in India & especially the hilly region hotels will not have the lift facility so please take a note of this while booking the hotel. Also the resort category hotels will involve walking / few steps because these resorts are not located on a flat area. These resorts are built on the hilly & sloppy areas so one has to walk or climb few steps to reach to the room or restaurant.

2.Using the mini bar facility at the hotel will always be at additional cost & if a client is utilizing anything from it than they have to pay the bill directly at the hotel. 

3.It is not possible that all the rooms will have the view so if you are keen to have view from the room than pls. make sure to book such rooms at the time of booking the tour.``

4.Standard or Deluxe category hotels are not centrally heated so if you are using the heater than the cost for the same needs to be paid directly at the hotel. 

5.During season the hotels sometimes are overbooked so we request the clients to reach the hotel on time to avoid such situation of getting bounce back of rooms and rooms given at any corner of the hotel.  

6.If meals are included in your package than pls. note that it will be served in the restaurant only. If ordered in the room than it will be charged additionally.

7.Hotels in hill stations will not have the AC and lift facility.

8.Getting rooms together or adjoining rooms and king bed and twin bed is completely subject to availability.

1.Pls note that all the hotels / restaurants serve both Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian food. There will not be any separate kitchen for the vegetarian meals. The serve will be basic, freshly prepared & healthy. No region specific food will be available.   

2.Hotels will serve the regular vegetarian food. If you have any specific preference like Jain or Swaminarayan meals than pls. inform at the time of booking & also pls. remind the hotel’s restaurant manager when you c/in at the hotel.

3.Hotels understand Jain food as no onion, potato & garlic. Strict Jain meals will not be possible.

1.Weather in mountains is very uncertain. Always carry Light or heavy woolens as per the season and the place that you are travelling.

2.Usually north regions are landslide prone areas.

2.Summers are extremely hot; fog in winters can delay transport

3.Some areas like Jammu & Kashmir may occasionally experience curfews, protests, or security lockdowns.

4.Train and bus delays are common, especially during festivals, foggy winters, and monsoons.

5.Mountain roads may be closed or delayed due to landslides or weather.

6.Remote regions may lack mobile networks, internet, or emergency services.

7.Power cuts are common in small towns and mountain villages.

8.Photography may be restricted at religious sites or army zones.

9.Any medical emergencies or high altitude sickness 

10.Any delay or situation arising out of above uncertainities, any expenses related to the above has to be borne by the guest and the travel agent is not responsible for any such situations. eg. flight cancelled or delayed, if due to weather do not able to go to next place and have to stay at the same hotel then the cost is to be borne by the guest.
