The itineraries are for tribal/ remote nature tours and only guests interested in such a tour should be encouraged. Infrastructure development in the sector is very basic, including road condition.

Inner Line Permit for entry to Arunachal Pradesh
- To visit Arunachal Pradesh, Indian national requires Inner Line Permits. Permits are issued in Guwahati which takes 2-3 working days. (ILP office remains closed on Saturday-Sunday
- For only vehicle booking, we are not responsible for Inner Line Permit of guests to Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram & Nagaland. If permits are needed to be made, please inform us, we need at least 3-4 working days for document processing. Most ILP offices remain closed on Saturdays & Sundays. Inner Line Permit charges are additional.

1. Accommodation, food and other facilities are very basic with local flavor
2. Accommodation will be in local run hotels & cottages, homestays, tourist lodges and guest houses and NOT in hotels at par with developed sector.
3. Room heaters may not work in the regions due to voltage fluctuations.
4. 24 hours electricity is not available in many remote regions and hotel depends on power back up. If back-up does not work, electricity will not be available. Hotel will try their best to provide the maximum service given the limited resources in the region
5. Mobile services may not be active in all destinations. Pre-paid roaming and International roaming connection does not work in this region. We suggest carrying BSNL (GSM) connections.
6. Credit Cards / Traveller’s cheque are not freely accepted.
7. In all hotels mentioned above Extra Person Sharing the Room, Child With Extra Bed, will be provided MATTRESS / ROLL OVERS as per requirement
8. In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear with such problems as may arise during the tour
9. The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations. This region can be enjoyed in its natural beauty and simple flavour.
10. All hotels do not have lift facility & the guest may have to climb stairs. In case of guests having problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action. This is again subject to availability
Vehicle Segment & Vehicle usage:
- Road conditions in many regions are not good.
- Non AC vehicles will be available in Hill regions
- Innova / Xylo / Scorpio are similar category
- Swift D’zire/ Amaze/ Etios are similar category
- Carriers in vehicles are not allowed in many places in the region. Availability of vehicle with carrier cannot be guaranteed
- The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal.
- Half Day sightseeing will be for approx 4 hours and full day will be for 8 hours
- Full day sightseeing will be till maximum 6:00 pm as per given itinerary. For additional usage, per km / per hour will be charged as per usage
Hotels located in - In Busy areas / City Centers / No Entry / One Way zones
- Many hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests will have to wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
- Due to shortage in space for parking, please be informed that you will have to be ready on time & wait in the lobby.
- Due to uncalculated situations (traffic jams / traffic halts/ diversions etc.) the vehicle reporting may get delayed. We will request you to bear with us till the vehicle arrives.
- Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
- In case of unavailability of parking, the vehicle will be parked in the nearest available parking area.
- In such a case, you may have to wait for the vehicle to come passing by the traffic. We suggest that you check with the driver 15-20 minutes before you finish sightseeing/ shopping etc. So that the time is coordinated between you and your driver.
Transfers to next destination:
- In this region there are no relevance between the distance and time travelling as it depends upon the conditions of roads and congestion of traffic.
- Night travel is not possible, so if you have a transfer to another destination in second half, please maintain time of your morning sightseeing
- If one destination is covered twice or additional destinations are included, additional charges will be applicable on per km / per hour basis.
- During Rainy season, heavy showers are possible and many times tarpaulin may not cover all the luggage because of the nature of heavy showers. In such case, luggage will have to be loaded inside the vehicle. The guests will have to adjust to such situations.
China Border:
- From Tawang a day visit to Madhuri Lake & Bum La Pass (China Border) is possible but it is subject to permission. It can be arranged at additional cost. The rate for the trip keeps varying and we will intimate to you during the your travel time.
Health Advisory
1.Enroute to Tawang, there is Sela Pass at 13,700 ft. The area has low oxygen and may cause High altitude sickness, nausea, shortness of breath etc.
2.If guests have health problems like blood pressure, asthama, & heart related issue etc. kindly advise them to consult their doctors
3.Kindly carry appropriate medicines as they will not be available
- Elephant Safari - Please note Elephant safari is on per seat basis and not individual hiring
- Jeep Safari -1 jeep accommodates 6 persons and can be hired individually
- Safari is managed by their representative in the National Parks / Wild life Sanctuaries
- Their representative will meet the guest in the evening at about 6:30 - 7:00 pm and provide all required information.
- We are not responsible for cancellation of safari by the authorities
- Sometimes, during season, the Parks may remain closed for census. This is announced only 2-3 days prior. We are not responsible for cancellation of safari in such a case.
- Refunds for safari, if any, will be transferred back to the agent and will not be handed over to guest.
