  • 100% before 30 days of travel
  • If booking done within 30 days than full payment to be collected in 2 days of the booking date.

Cancellation Policy

  • 45 – 30 days of the departure date – 1500/- p.p. (in case of Tour booking)
  • 30 – 15 days of the departure date – 25% of the tour cost
  • 14 – 3 day of the departure date – Non refundable
  • Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
  • Cancellation in Airline tickets will be as per Airline terms and condition.
  • In case of non-refundable hotel and Hotel deadline cancellation amount will be charged accordingly.
  • If the booking is for the Peak season i.e. Diwali or summer holiday dates or Sold out dates than 50% of the tour cost OR as per the hotel policy

  • The transport vehicle will generally follow pre-approved itinerary by the agent.  So if you wish to have the car for yourself to places other than itinerary - Pre approval is required, it can be done at an additional costs.
  • Please note: Please be patient because sometimes transportation can be late, and even be ready for some changes.
  • The drivers will not be able to guide you & give the detailed information about any place, His role is to follow the tour itinerary & take the clients to the places or sightseeing mentioned in the tour. 
  • There is a common tendency of the drivers that they recommend you some specific places or shops for the shopping. If you feel that the recommended shop is good only than you should do shopping from that place otherwise you can ask him to take to some other place which you have searched.

Best time to visit Gujarat is between October and March. But it’s a year round destination. As it can be travel during various festivals as well.
