Vietnam And Cambodia Highlights

• Above Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
• The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
• Timing is always important for any tour. When you are travelling with Group you should be on time. Sometimes some sightseeing entrance ticket & timing is most important.
• Group Tour sightseeing always booked in advance and coach hours, guide everything work on time, so you should follow on tour timings.
• Porters are available at limited hotels so we always request to all members please carry your baggage your own. 
• Group tour sightseeing will be not change as per Group demand, in case of any circumstances or in case of any sudden closer notice will come sightseeing will shuffle on tour with concern with local guide and update you accordingly with valid reason. 
• In Group tour everyone have to travel together. 
• In group tour you Lunch & Dinner everything will be well plan with arrangement of restaurant. 
• When you are travelling in group restaurant always provide buffet menu & same time provide table as per group capacity.
• You have to use all seats which allotted by Restaurant representative, if you will enjoy your meal other table staff will come and request you to sit on allotted table. 
• For Jain, No Onion, No Garlic & No Potatoes food will be served. 
• Sometimes due to season time you have to wait outside restaurant. 
• If you book your flight your own, flight timing is different than Group timing in this case you have to pay additional transfers price or might be you will miss some of sight seeing if arrange on arrival. 
• For Hotel, International Standard Check In time is 1400 hours. During peak season time it will be 1500 hours. Check out time 1000 hours strictly follow. 
• If you are arriving early morning we will request you please book hotel on arrival day room with additional charge. 
• While hotel check in you have to submit your passport for scanning. Without scanning hotel will not provide room to guest. 
• Most of hotels have more twin rooms. If Double room is not available, will provide twin rooms only.
• Room rates are based on standard room. If you are upgrading room or hotel, supplement cost will be applicable. 
• Local restaurant and Indian Restaurant in Vietnam are very basic. Some restaurants might not have air conditioner
• Halong Bay Cruise has limited water. They give generally 1 Glass of water during lunch and dinner. For other times you will require to buy from them which will cost around USD 2 per Bottle. 
• Halong Bay Cruise don’t have Indian food onboard.
• Please keep the soft copy and hard copy of the tour documents with you. 
• Please carry as light clothes, Sun glasses, Rain Coat, Ponchos, Umbrella.
• For NRI Pax need to carry OCI or multiple visa Copy with you.
• Travel Insurance is recommended.
• Carry Universal Adapter.
• Always keep the Business card of the Hotel with you.
• Please don’t carry any valuable ornaments with you.
• Tap water is not safe in Vietnam.
• In Vietnam at the airport you can do Money Exchange & buy SIM Card. 
• Mini Bar is not included in the tour cost. 
• Coach is not on Disposal & will be from point to point basis. Deviation is not possible and we will stick to the itinerary and inclusions mentioned in the package. 
• No Alcohol / Food consumption is allowed in the bus.

Vietnam E- VISA Procedure: 

• Need to give Scanned Passport copy (Valid at least 6 month from departure date), confirmed roundtrip ticket and guest travel insurance which is worth at least USD10.000 (with Covid 19 treatment coverage).
• Requirement for Photograph (Soft copy 35X45): white background straight forward face, without hat or sunglasses.
