Inclusions
- Accommodation at the above mentioned Hotels or similar at the base category rooms.
- Visa (Indian Nationals). For other passports USD 55 per person visa charges will be applicable
- Colombo Lunch & Dinner at outside restaurant also included
- Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & High Tea (as per itinerary). Meals as per hotel menu assisted by our chef (applicable for groups of more than 20 passengers)
- Transport in an A/C Coach with the service of an English Speaking National Guide
- Services of a Tour Manager (applicable for groups of more than 20 passengers).
- Sightseeing entry fees as per tour itinerary for the below places. (For other passports USD 25 per person will be applicable)

Exclusions
- Early check in & late check out.
- Camera & video permits.
- Any expenses of a personal nature.
- Any other expenses not mentioned above.
- Tips & Portages.
- Usage of vehicle beyond the given route drives after 06.00 PM, usage of guide beyond the mentioned timings or anything beyond the itinerary.
- Late Check-out & Early check in charges at the Hotels.
- Any compulsory room / Peak period supplements during the tour
- Any other services not specified in above itinerary.
- 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
- Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - Rs.35, 000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
- 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy
- 45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
- 30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
- 15-07 days prior to the departure - 75% of the tour cost
- 07 or less than 07 days prior to the departure - 100% of the tour cost
- No Show on the tour - 100% of the tour cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
