Day 1 :Singapore - Garden By The Bay
Arrive to Singapore. Complete your airport formalities, Check into the Hotel. Evening Visit Gardens By The Bay - set in the heart of Singapore’s new downtown Marina Bay, Spanning 101 hectares. Visit Cloud Forest & Flower Dome - Enter a world of perpetual spring, where unique plants bloom in an ever changing display of flowers. Dinner and overnight is at Singapore.
Day 2 :Singapore
Breakfast at hotel. Then Proccied To the Singapore City Tour Including CITY ORIENTATION TOUR including City Hall, Supreme Court and Merlion Free for leisure. Overnight stay at Singapore.

Breakfast at Hotel. then check out from the Singapore Hotel and transfer to Singapore Airport for your flight to Langkawi. Arrive at Langkawi Airport & Transfer to Hotel. Overnight in Langkawi.

Day 5 :Island Hopping tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Later pick up for Langkawi Island hopping tour- The island offer plenty of activities including swimming in scenic fresh water lake, paddle boating, snorkeling from soft sandy beach, lounging and sunbathing, or just relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery all around. Overnight in Langkawi.

Day 6 :City tour + Langkawi Cable Car (Basic Entrance) + Sky Bridge
Breakfast at the hotel. Later pick up for Langkawi city tour with Langkawi Cable car .Langkawi Sky cable car- The steepest cable car ride on earth and takes visitors up 708m above sea level to Langkawi's second highest peak of Mt. Machinchang, where the view of the surrounding islands is simply breathtaking. Sky Birdge- The curved pedestrian bridge is built atop Mt. Machinchang at height about 700m above sea level. Overnight in Langkawi.

Discover Singapore to know its famous civic district. You can get picked up from your hotel reception area in Singapore.The tour operates operate daily, in the morning. Explore the city by circling the Civic District, passing through Padang, Singapore Cricket Club, Historic Parliament House and National Gallery Singapore. The gallery has two national monuments - the former Supreme Court Building and City Hall. Make a photo stop here and take a closer look at these magnificent buildings (weather permitting).

Universal Studio

Universal Studios Singapore is a theme park located within Resorts World Sentosa on the island of Sentosa, Singapore. It has 28 rides, shows and attractions in seven themed areas.

The park has been marketed as a ""one-of-a-kind theme park in Asia"" by Universal Parks & Resorts.

Universal Studios Singapore has a size of 20 hectares, occupying the eastern part of Resorts World Sentosa of 49 hectares. There are a total of 28 attractions, 18 of which are original or specifically adapted for the park. The park has seven themed zones around a lagoon. Each area is mostly based on films and / or television, with its own attractions, meet and greet locations, more than 30 restaurants and food carts, and 20 retail stores and carts located around the park.

There are seven theme zones.

Hollywood:

Themed after the real Hollywood bowls of the 1970s. Crafted by ""dynamic"" architecture, palm trees and a replica of the Hollywood 'Walk of Fame'.

New York :

Themed after modern New York City. Replicas of New York landmarks.The area is enlarged by neon lights and is surrounded by roadways.

Sci-Fi City:

According to the popular science fiction franchise, the city and metropolis ""themed after what the future might look like"".

Ancient Egypt :

The Egyptian architecture and artifacts were themed during the ""Golden Age of Egyptian Discovery in the 1930s"".

The Lost World :

Following two franchises, Jurassic Park and Water world, which are separate zones within each region.

The Kingdom of Far Away Away featured in the Shrek of Themed Dream Works animation.

The 101-hectare Gardens capture the essence of Singapore as the premier tropical Garden City with the perfect environment in which to live and work – making Singapore a leading global city of the 21st century.

Consisting of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden, and Bay Central Garden, Bay South Garden is the largest at 54 hectares or 130 acres. Designed by Grant Associates as master planners of the multi award-winning Bay South Garden, the master plan’s overall concept draws inspiration from an orchid, the Vanda ‘Miss Joaquim’ (Papilionanthe Miss Joaquim), which is the national flower of Singapore.

Cancellation Policy

34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost. (Cancellation in Airline will be as per Airline norms and conditions.)

Hotels/Airline will be subject to availability till Reconfirmation.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Our company will not be held responsible for them.
Rate of Exchange will be considered on the day when you make final payment.
Any extra services requested apart from the mentioned services in this quotation will be charged additionally.

Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
Coach tickets, ferry tickets, Internal flights, Sightseeing are Non – Refundable, once issued.

Transfers:

If it is mentioned that your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis (SIC) than seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical)
If you can’t reach on time then it will be consider as no show & no refund. In SIC & Private Transfer basis driver will wait only for 10 min.
Mid night surcharge applicable for all transfer operated between 2200hrs-0700hrs
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
Drivers in Southeast, are English language speaking only, they are not knowledgeable enough for any kind of guidance.
Vehicle is booked as per itinerary only. Incase of extra kms or reroute of itinerary, shall be charged additionally.
Airport pick up & Drop & cruise transfers are always after 2 hours of arrival time.
There are 2 types of Private Transfers:
Point to point --- if you book then driver will come to hotel and pick you up and after your sightseeing he will drop back to hotel. Incase in between if you want to drop for some sight seeings which is enroutedthan it is not possible, it will be on additional cost.
Car @ disposal – than driver will come to pick on specific time and for 8 hours as per the time you call him.

Meals:

Meals are booked on time slots, once meals confirmed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
All meals are booked as per standard restaurant policy which generally include as per below
Bali – Standard Veg Package: 1Salad (V) + 3Main Courses (2Veg+1Dhal) + 1Indian Bread + 1Indian Rice + 1Indian Dessert + 1Raita + 4Condiments & Water.
Singapore/ Thailand: Depends on Restaurant. Some offer buffet & some provide Fix Thali. In Thali incase if you order extra need to pay directly.
If Dinners are booked you will be given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.

Hotels:

Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
Also, Double Rooms could be one double bed or Twin- that is two single beds.
International Hotel Standard Check in time 1400 hrs, Marina Bay Sands Check in time 1500hrs. Check out Time 1200hrs. Early check in cannot be committed.
Generally rooms in Singapore hotels are very compact and small in size( Approx. 15m2-25m2).
In Bali Villa, if we take 1 bedroom / 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom pool villa than they are far from each other and even far from reception as well as breakfast area.
Many villa in Bali are not having Microwave.
Extra bed in Triple room will be either provided as a rollaway bed or folding bed. Cruise 3rd person & 4th person it will be sofa come bed.
Allocation of the Rooms are done only while check-in by the Hotel Front Desk and are not in our limits.
Adjacent rooms/ Rooms on same floor cannot be committed or guaranteed.
Cooking anything in the hotel is strictly prohibited, in case of not following the rules, heavy penalties are levied to the passenger.
Any damage caused by the passengers in the hotel or villas.
For example: Breakage of any assets, oil stains in the rooms, scratches on the glass or wooden flooring, damage for bedsheet. Heavy penalties will be charged by the hotel to be borne by the passengers. Such penalties will be charged on the refundable deposit paid at the properties or asked additionally.
Security deposit is to be paid upon check in as per hotel policy.
Most of the times Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, can be accessed only in the public areas like - lobby of the Hotel.
No bell boy / No porterage at any Hotel.
Tap water is drinkable in Singapore & Malaysia.
Tap water is not drinkable in Bali & Thailand
Hotels in Bali & Thailand provide maximum 2 bottles per day per room.

Visas:

Please verify the names and visa validity dates once you receive them.
Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
Malaysia E Entry visa is only valid for passengers travelling to Singapore & Thailand. If passenger is travelling to any other destination except Singapore & Thailand must required multiple entry visa for Malaysia depends on flight schedule.

General:

The validity of the passport should not be less than 6 months from the date of arrival in Southeast.
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, & airline office.
Baggage allowance is 20 Kg for Check in Luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s program from the local guide.
It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
Overseas Medical Insurance is not compulsory but it is advisable.

For any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, Breakdown of machinery, Damage resulting from acts of God, like earthquake, Tsumani, floods, snowfalls.
Equipment or vehicles acts of government authority, Flight cancel without any prior notice,
Sports events/ World Cup Victory Marches,
Grand events, Any royal events, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
