Payment Policy
Initial deposit - 25% of tour cost per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
Second Installment- 30% of tour cost per person between 15 to 20 days of booking date.
100% payment is to be made at least 15 days before departure.
Currency Fluctuations: Rate of exchange will be considered as per the prevailing Rate of Exchange at the date of Payment Date.
35 Days or more prior to Departure - 20% of the Tour Cost
34 days to 15 days 50 % of tour cost
14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
Less then 07 days 100% cancellation
Flow Of Itinerary Will Be Finalized Before 15 Days of Departure Date.
It is compulsory to submit PAN Card copy as per RBI Rules.
Above Adult Rates is Per Person and based on Twin/Triple sharing.
Payment made will be as per the prevailing rate of exchange + 40 paisa on the day of your payment.
In cruise Guest need to pay Gratuity 40 USD Directly in Cruise.
Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.

Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.

Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
It is important and advisable to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
For NRI - Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
