    • 60 Days or more prior to Departure - EUR 750.00 per person or 25% of Tour Cost
    • 59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
    • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
    • Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

    TCS Terms and Conditions

    TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

    TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
    TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

    As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

    In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

    The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

    TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.

    The best time to visit Europe depends on what you wish to see during your visit, budget and the temperature range in which you’re the most comfortable.  

    Below is an overview, of what to expect in different parts of Europe in each season of the year.

    Spring:  April to May 

    Spring in Europe is that time of the year, when the weather gears to warm up. The weather ranges between 10 to 20 degree Celsius.

    In April you see fewer crowds as compared to May.  The tulip season in the Netherlands, the flowers looking at their best n April & May.

    May is one of the nicest months in Europe.

    Countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, and Turkey are less crowded in this period, and have a cooler weather as compared to the summers.

    Summer:  June to August

    You can travel to different parts of Europe- Western, Central, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, all are  pleasant & perfect during this time of the year.

    Fall:  September to October

    The temperature and weather during autumn is cool and pleasant enough to travel around Europe. Rains are fairly common, making the weather wet and cold at times. The weather ranges between 7 to 15 degree Celsius.

    The best things to witness in September is Festivals like Oktoberfest in Munich, Northern lights in Iceland mid September onwards, wine festival in France.

    Winter:  November to March

    Currently, the Schengen area consists of 26 European countries  Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden, along with Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

    Being part of the Schengen area without internal border controls means that you can visit these countries on a  single valid schengen visa.

     These countries do not carry out border checks at their internal borders (i.e. borders between two Schengen states); carry out harmonized controls, based on clearly defined criteria, at their external borders (i.e. borders between a Schengen state and a non-Schengen state).

    The EU states that are not, or not yet part of the Schengen area, are Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, Romania and the United Kingdom .This means that a flight from one of these states to a Schengen state is regarded as an external flight and is subject to border checks, and a separate visa of the respective country other than Schengen visa.

    Yes. You need to visit Visa Facilitation Service (VFS) Office for biometrics. VFS is present in all Major Cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi , Hyderabad, Kolkata,  Chennai etc.

    One needs a confirm prior appointment to visit the VFS office. You need to carry documents as per visa checklist, along with your original passports.

    Please note European Schengen Visa, is granted on the basis of strong IT returns & good travel history.
    The three following factors are determinative on where you should file your Schengen visa application:

    • The number of countries you will be visiting
    • The number of days you will be spending in each
    • The country where you will step in first, in case you visit more than one of the Schengen member states

    After having clear three factors given above, then you will be able to decide where to apply, according to the following rules:

    • If you are planning to visit only one country – then you needs to apply at the respective countries VFS representation of the Schengen country you will be visiting, located in your country of residence.
    • If you are planning to visit more than one country – then where you need to apply depends on the number of days you will be spending in each of the countries you will be staying.
    • When spending an equal amount of days in each – then you need to apply at the    diplomatic representation of the country where you will arrive first.
    • When spending unequal amount of days in each – then you will need to apply at the diplomatic representation of the country where you will be spending more time.

    What to expect from your European Holiday!

    1. Please note that Europe Tour is a coach tour and the Same is on the go. There are no free days. You will be traveling and exploring for Full Day. You will move out of the hotel in the morning and come back after dinner only. 
    2. The Tour Involves traveling by bus every day. We travel from one country to another country by bus.For details how much traveling involve each day please refer to our itinerary. 
    3. Hotels will be outside city centre.Most of them are in airport areas or in nearby cities. In case of big events or trade shows hotel may be very far. 
    4. Most of the Hotels are not built with air conditioning due to climatic conditions of Europe. In case of heatwave usually hotels ask to open window and sleep. Many times 
    5. All breakfast will be continental throughout the tour. It has bread, butter, cereals, juice etc. One will not get any Indian items at all in breakfast.  There is no live counter in European cities to serve Eggs varieties.
    6. Tips are compulsory in Europe for coach captain and Guides. Hence you will have to pay 3 Euros per person per day on the tour upon arrival to your Tour Leader. 
    7. Porter services are not available in Europe due to shortage of manpower therefore we insist you to carry minimum luggage with four-wheeler bags as you will have to carry your bags to your room and bring the same back. 
    8. Due to operational reasons, we may have to change any meal to packed meals. 
    9. Arrival & Departure Transfers: If you are flying different airline than group, transfer will be provided if you are 2 and more passengers. Transfers are on SIC basis and we will combine all arrivals coming within 1 Hr of your arrival so you might have to wait for some time at the airport. 
    10. Daily water bottles are not provided in Europe as Tap water is drinking water and very safe.
    11. If you have an early arrival or late departure, please note that standard group check in time is 1600 Hrs and check out is 1000 Hrs. You will have to check in or check out the room accordingly. Also, our tour starts with dinner on 1st day and ends with Breakfast on Last Day. We can provide extra meals at a cost if required. 

    12. Coaches
    • European tours are coach Tours, and we travel every day by coach to one destination to other and one country to other. All Itinerary is on the go and involves at least 2 – 6 Hours of Traveling daily depending on the Itinerary. To know more please refer to our itinerary which clearly mentions all the traveling time. 
    • Coach Captains are bound by European laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore, it is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually.
    • For our tours we do have all sizes of coaches such as 30-seater, 49-seater and 55-seater. We choose coach as per number of participants in the tour and we tend to use full capacity of our coach with no seat or hardly a seat or two empties in the coach.
    • Our coaches will not have any WIFI facilities on board.


     13.  Meals

    • Breakfast: Your breakfast is normally a continental breakfast which usually will have Tea or Coffee, Juices, Cereals, Milk, Breads, Butter, Jam. No Indian item or Jain item may be available.
    • Lunch & Dinner: All our Lunches and Dinners will be pure vegetarian meals. Your typical meal will consist of Two Main Veg Dishes, Naan or Roti, Dal, Rice, Salad and Sweet or Ice Cream.
    • *At Mt. Titlis, Jungfraujoch and Cruise they have meals as per their policy.
    • * If you are non vegetarian please request us at the time of booking.
    • Jain passengers: Please note, the Jain food which may be provided will be without onion, garlic & potatoes. Any further restriction from the above for vegetables etc cannot be accommodated. Also there will be restricted choice of vegetables, curries items for jain passengers.
    • Some of Meals will be Packed Meals on the Tour for betterment of itinerary and convenience of our passengers.
    • Drinking water will not be provided during the tour because tap water is suitable for drinking.
    • Meals Doesn't Include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices.
    • In Some European cities soup, starter or deserts served are limited.
    • Some of the meals in the tour can be pizzas and pastas to provide variety of cuisine.
    • Please note that lunch and dinners are in restaurants, which may be far from your hotels.
    • If you are sick or ill on tour, we will guide you to the medical facilities but the tour will continue towards and the tour manager also will continue further on the tour. You will be on your own.


    14. Hotels
    • Unlike Asian or other countries most of the hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small and not all hotels have air-conditioners or fan due to climatic conditions.
    • You will find a list of Hotels which we usually use in the Itinerary section.
    • Please note that hotels chosen are usually not in the City Centre and in metro cities such as London, Paris, Rome, Munich etc. the hotels are mostly next to the airports or any place which is not near to city centre.
    • In case of non-availability or necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances to change mentioned hotel We will reserve a similar category of substitute hotel.
    • Most of the Hotels will accommodate up to 3 persons in room and for your comfort also we accept minimum of 3 persons in one room.
    • Most hotels have more Twin rooms. Double rooms are available upon request but not guaranteed. If the Double room is not available a Twin room will be given.
    • Please note that size of the Double and Triple rooms are usually the same. In Triple room, third bed is typically a roll- away bed or an extra bed.
    • Please note that standard check in time is 1500 Hrs and Check out is 1100 Hrs in Europe. (It may vary from Hotel to Hotel)
    • Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
    • Not All hotels in Europe Offers Free WIFI and if required it must be purchased directly from the reception.
    • Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as Air Show, World Athletic Meet, the Motor Show, Ice Skating Championships etc., the hotels may be blocked out more than two years in advance. In view of this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the itineraries may have to be altered / amended.

    15. Sightseeing & Tours
    • Please note that Eiffel Tower ticket time slots to go up needs to be pre – purchased and the same has very limited availability. If the same is not available we may have to queue up and the queue may last up to 2 to 3 hrs.
    • Many times due to strong wind or overcrowding on the 3rd level they stop the sale of the tickets and / or do not allow going on the top (3rd floor). In that case there will be no refund on the tickets.
    • Eiffel Tower illuminations are subject to weather conditions and Eiffel Tower policies.
    • We do not visit any monuments from inside in our City Tours unless Inside visit is specified in our inclusions.
    • We do visit Leaning Tower of Pisa but from outside only as the same is 8 storey building with 295 steps to climb and no lift. We do not take you inside.
    • As the coaches are forbidden in Historic Centre of Rome, Florence and Venice the tours will be done by foot and sufficient amount of walking is involved.
    • It is very common to have major events, cycle races or marathons or heavy traffic or due to any unforeseen circumstances some part of cities are not accessible to general public. In a case like this we may have to do tour walking or amend the itinerary or we may not be able to do City Tour, Sightseeing or Meal. We will try our best to take a way out but there will strictly not be any refund for the unutilized services.

    16. Luggage

    • On Tour Luggage Allowance  in the coach is one handbag and one suitcase per person, due to the limited space in the coach, even if you are allowed more luggage in Flights, we request you to follow coach luggage allowance.

    What documents are Required for Initial Booking  :

    1. Passports Copies: First and Last Page (All Passports Must Be Valid for Minimum of 6 months from the date of Return.)
    2. PAN Card Copies of All Passengers. 
    3. Fully Vaccination Certificate with Booster Dose if taken or If Booster is not taken then please take the same and Give updated certificate. (Non-Vaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Travelers are not allowed to Travel) . 
    4. Expired Passport & Booking:
    • If you book your Tour knowing your or one of your family members passport is expired or in renewal we will not confirm your seat in particular tour date. 
    • If you want particular travel date only, in that case if passport do not come on time or appointments are not available to do the visas, cancellation will be applicable. Our Company cannot be held responsible for the same.
    • If you wish to avoid such cancellation please confirm the date once passport is received as per availability at the time.
    1. Information that you should Provide While Booking!

    1. Your Emergency contact details while you are on tour. 
    2. Meal request for the Airline and for the Tour (Choices are Veg or Jain Meals) (We understand Jain means No Onion No garlic & No Potato) (Please mention in Booking Form If you are Allergic to any foods)(If you have any more specific food request you can mention the same to the sales staff and in booking form. We will try to help with the same but DO NOT GUARANTEE availability of the same)
    3. For Overseas Medical Insurance do mention if you have any exiting Diseases.
    4. Inform your Sales Staff In case if you have anyone who is travelling with you is not very mobile and may require long time to walk or need wheelchair. In Europe we do have many many cities where one is require to walk long and city tour is by foot. So, check before booking that you are not booking any wrong Tour for you or your family.
    5. Any Visa Rejection in Past. 


    4. Please note that it is mandatory toadhere to above schedule no matter if your visas are received or not. 

    Airline

    1. Please note that in one departure all passengers may be flying different airlines.  Tour Manager may not be traveling with you on the flight. 
    2.  We will issue your tickets irrespective of your visa documents have been submitted to not to our office. If you doubt your case please talk to your sales staff before confirming the booking. Please note that as soon as tickets are issued one falls under ticket cancellation. 

    Visas
    1. Appointment Server is down many times during the day so it may be possible that it may take little longer to take your date.
    2. You will have to go for fingerprint at VFS for both the visas. Please make sure that there is no mehndi or anything else on your hand which can interfere with taking biometrics.
    3. If you are applying for 2 Visas you will have to update your bank statements again after 1st application is done.
    4. Even if you have given documents early you are required to update you bank statement 3 days before submission date.
    5. We include only visa fees in our Tour Cost. Any Extra services you take like SMS, Premium Lounge, Courier Charges etc is not covered by Our Company.
    6. Visa Dates are difficult to get now a days. Many times, when we wait to know passenger’s preference our dates are gone so to give choices for visa date submission is not possible and you may not get a choice. 

    How Booking Process Will Follow!

    1. Once you fully understand our Tour Product and what to Expect from Product. Please read all Terms and Conditions carefully along with above document and sign Booking Form with all your details.
    2. Once booking is completed, please pay Initial Deposit to confirm your seat on the tour. Once the formalities done you will be handed over 2 Documents Visa Check List & Questionnaire to be filled for Visas.
    3. Once the Initial deposit payment is made your bookings will be processed, and tickets will be issued.
    4. Please make sure to submit all documents as per visa check list and filled questionnaire within 3 days of Booking. You may take up to 7 days if you are booking your tour at least 100 days in advance.
    5. Once all documents are absolutely complete then only, we will only be able to take visa date. Even if single document is pending visas cannot be processed. 
    6. For UK Visa: You will be sent your visa form to check. Please check in thoroughly and give a go ahead only then our visa team will take the date for submission of UK visas. 
    7. For Schengen Visas: If your visas are being applied from Swiss following amount needs to be paid directly in cash at the VFS
