  • The vehicle is not on disposal and is provided strictly as per the programme.
  • Drivers in Nepal are not trained as guides and speak only basic Hindi and English; they cannot act as guides and will remain with the vehicle in the parking area. Guests purchase their own entrance fees during sightseeing.
  • Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only. OCI and PIO cards are not accepted as identification in Nepal.
  • Standard hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
  • Rooms are the base category — Standard or Deluxe, depending on the hotel.
  • To travel to Nepal by air, a passport or voter's ID is the only valid document; Aadhaar cards and driving licences are not accepted. For children under 18, a school ID with photograph is valid. Airline child policies vary — please confirm locally with the airline.
  • ?200, ?500 and ?2,000 notes are not legal tender in Nepal. Guests should carry ?100 notes or lower, up to a maximum of ?25,000 per person.

Exclusions

  • Entrance fees during sightseeing in Kathmandu & Pokhara -500 per person

  • Cable-car tickets for the Manakamana Temple -750 per person
  • Any personal expenses
  • Any expenses arising from flight cancellations, health issues, weather conditions and the like
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit - 30% of Tour cost per person to confirm you’re booking with us
  • 100% payment to be made at least 20 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
  • 30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
  • 15-07 days prior to the departure - 75% of the tour cost
  • 07 or less than 07 days prior to the departure - 100% of the tour cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
