Suggestion : We would recommend that you fly back to Kathmandu instead of driving as this will save 8-9 hours of a long road journey. The flight is 30 mins only and is more convenient. The additional cost while doing so will be Inr. 3500-4000 PP depending on the available airfares.
Note :
- The vehicle will not be on disposal and will be provided as per the program only.
- Drivers in Nepal are not educated. They speak/understand a very basic Hindi and English. They cannot do the job of a guide and will have to stay in the parking area along with the vehicle. The clients will have to buy the entrance fee on their own during the sightseeing
- Rates valid for Indian Passport holders only. OCI and PIO card is not valid in Nepal and cannot be used as an identification.
- Hotel : Standard Check in Time : 2 PM and Standard Check Out time : 11 AM
- Room Category : Base category which are called the Standard rooms or Deluxe rooms depending from hotel to hotel
- A Passport or a voter’s id is the only valid document to travel to Nepal by air. Clients will not be allowed to travel by air using an Aadhar card or a driving license. For children under 18 years, a school identification with a photograph in it is a valid document. Different airlines has different policies of child. Request that this be checked with airlines locally too.
- Inr. 200, 500 and 2000 notes are illegal and not acceptable in Nepal. Clients should carry Inr. 100 and below notes only. The maximum limit amount that a person can carry is Inr. 25000 which should be in denomination of Inr. 100 or below.

Exclusions
- Entrance fee during the sightseeing in Kathmandu of Inr. 500 per person
- Guide during the sightseeing in Kathmandu
- Cable car tickets while visiting Manakamna temple of Inr. 750 per person
- Boating cost on the Phewa Lake in Pokhara
- Any personal expenses
- Any expenses that may arise due to flight cancellation/health issues / weather conditions and so on
- Any tips to drivers, hotel staff , any meals apart from the ones mentioned above.
- Any other tax or service charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra & need to borne by you.
- All Sightseeing as per the itinerary in Kathmandu and Pokhara by an A/c vehicle exclusively
- AC in the vehicle will not be kept on when the vehicle is not moving . i.e. When the vehicle is parked at some sightseeing place, restaurant or any place , the AC will not be kept on.

Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - 30% of Tour cost per person to confirm you’re booking with us
- 100% payment to be made at least 20 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy
- 45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
- 30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
- 15-07 days prior to the departure - 75% of the tour cost
- 07 or less than 07 days prior to the departure - 100% of the tour cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
