Point To Be Noted:

  • At some of the hotels breakfast would be Cold Breakfast spread with limited items like Milk, Cereal, and Fruits along with no Indian items. 

Sic Tour Notes:- 

  • Please note guests must arrange their own transportation to the designated pick-up location for any sightseeing tours listed in your itinerary above.
  • If guests fails to reach on time then they have to reach on their own and no refund will be given for the unused services. 
  • You must carry a valid credit card for incidentals at hotel and government issued photo ID with you all the time.
  • Please allow 15-20 mins. Pick-up window for shared ride transfers & tours. The shuttle/tour bus shall arrive within 15-20 mins of your scheduled pickup time.

  • Porterage - Passengers need to carry their own luggage at Airport, Hotel, Cruise Port & coaches.
  • Deviation charges levied by airlines.
  • Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Phone, and Minibar etc.
  • Meals which is not specified in above program
  • Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
  • Baggage cost extra in internal airline.
  • Incidental Charges Must be paid by clients
  • Dock Fee $20/pp at Isla Mujeres Catamaran Tour.
  • City Tax for the hotels of Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Holbox e Bacalar (to be paid at check-in)
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit - USD 1000 to confirm you're booking with us.
  • 2nd Payment - 30% of the Tour cost
  • 3rd Payment - 30% of the Tour cost
  • 100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 30-16 days before the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
  • Cancellation 16-07 days before the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
  • Cancellation 07 days or less before the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
