• Valid passport – The Passport must be valid for 6 months from the last date of your tour. 
• Valid ticket – You should carry valid ticket of travelling with printout. 
• Hotel voucher – You need to carry a hard copy of hotel voucher with hotel confirmation number. 
• Visa – A no-cost visitor visa valid for 30 days is issued upon arrival.

• In case of missed flight, lost luggage, stolen valuables or any medical emergency it is advisable for you to have travel insurance.
• During this covid times also it is advisable to take insurance. 
• Please understand from Insurance Company the Claim Procedure & Detailed Coverage before your travel.
• The Insurance will not cover the claim for the general and existing diseases.
• The Insurance Is Valid For Duration Of The Tour Only.
• On tour Theft or loss of items during tour will not be covered in Insurance. 

• The Maldivian Rufiyaa is the currency of Maldives (Maldive Islands). For a tourist the best currency to take to the Madlives is either the Euro or the Dollar. Although many islands allow and some prefer to pay by card.
• You are free to enter or leave Maldives with cash amounting less than USD 30,000 . It is better to carry as little as possible and use cards wherever possible.

Step 1 

• After entering Airport go to your respective Airline check in counter.
• Show your ticket and passport.
• Give your check in baggage at the counter.
• Collect your boarding pass.
• Also collect immigration form from check in counter. 
• Make sure you have two boarding passes for each person travelling. 

AMD to BOM/DEL/BLR to MLE. When there is a different airline for the two sectors than you will get only 1 boarding pass from Ahmedabad.

Step 2 

• Go to immigration counter & give your immigration form, passport  & your boarding passes.

 Step 3 

• Process to your respective airlines gate number and sit in waiting  area until announcement for barding of flight is made. 

 Step 4:

• On arrival at Maldives Airport you need to join the row of ‘’ passport only  ‘’ counter.
• At Maldives immigration counter show your passport, return ticket and Hotel voucher to the officer. He may ask you about your travel plan ie. Your hotel name & your duration of stay . 
• This is very important formality so take seriously and answer correctly and give true information. 
• Please keep your mobile switch off and give full attention to officer.
• Thereafter you can collect your baggage from luggage belt.
• The Hotel’s local representative will you meet you on arrival gate. He will be waiting there with Hotel name pla card. 
• He will assist you to hotel counter. There at the counter you have to show your hotel voucher & than they will arrange your hotel transfer.

Maldives have 3 types of transfer 

1. Speedboat
2. Sea plane 
3. Domestic flight 

The traditional way of getting to resort is travelling by speedboat. Available for those located relatively close to Male Airport, speedboat transfers are designed for transportation on short distances (usually up to 2 hours). On arrival, you will be greeted by Male airport representative who will escort you to jetty for that luxury speedboat transfer.

For those destinations that are located in the far atolls, which are a long distance from Male, the transfer is by seaplane. Seaplanes operate only in the daytime. Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only, i.e. between approximately 6.00 am and 6.00 pm (local Maldivian time). However, schedules vary depending on the arrival and departure times of all guests on that given day.

Domestic flight is required to travel from Male international airport to a local airport located next to the island you have chosen. Domestic flights are operated by FlyMe and Maldivian Air and are often arranged through your resort. You will be greeted by hotel's staff at the domestic airport and swiftly escorted to the speedboat transfer jetty. 

• In Maldives you don’t have Our Tour manager so above all points to need to understand very well.

• Minimum 3 Hours before the flight departure time you have to reach the airline check in counter. 
• Please note that sticking to the reporting time is absolutely necessary & in case you are late for reporting , airline may not allow you to board the plane, even if you are holding confirmed & reconfirmed tickets

• You can carry only 1 piece baggage of 23 kgs and 7 kg hand baggage. ( it varies from airline to airline ) 
• Make sure you check your tickets and reconfirm your baggage allowance.
• Do not keep any valuable things in check in luggage like camera , currency , ornaments etc.. Please understand this is very important. 
• We recommend to carry one pair of cloths and necessary things in your hand baggage. This is for any emergency incase main luggage loss or delayed.
• Power bank or any battery items please carry in hand bag.
• Please note that you can’t carry any Sharpe object in hand baggage. Like
• Scissor , saving blade , Knife  etc… also you cannot carry liquid medicine , saving cream , any time of gel, tooth paste etc.   

• While departing from india after check in & getting your boarding pass , you have to go immigration  clearance authority with your passport and boarding pass & they will enter your passport number in computer and put a departure stamp.   

• You Can bring Rs.35,000/-per Adult , Rs.15,000/-per  Child worth of Goods Duty Free.
• ( These rules change many times so please verify )  
• One Laptop Free (Duty Free) 
• If you are taking any valuable things like cameras , mobiles etc. please make sure you declare it at custom counter in india before leaving & take receipt for the same so when you return back its not counted in custom duty. 

• Unlike india they are not interested in electronics good and precious goods. 
• But as per the rules you cannot carry Pickle, Tobacco, any ayurvedic powder, chewing gum, any type of drugs and alcohol. It is advisable to carry prescription with medicines. 
• Also please declare if you are carrying more than 10000 usd or eqvivenlant/per person . 

Every hotel has WIFI ,  but if you want to buy simcard you can take from airport only.

• Maldives is an Islamic country so as per country rules you can’t take any alcohol from outside. You need to take from hotel only.

• In Maldives Tap water is not safe. Hotel will give 2 water bottles of 500 ml per person per day. Extra water bottle will be at additional cost . 

• India is 30 minutes ahead of Maldives.

• You will be liable to pay for any damage which happens during your stay in your room. 
•  Cooking is strictly not allowed in the room. 
• Rooms together are strictly subject to availability. 
• At the time of check–out it’s compulsory to submit keys at Reception.
• Keep Your valuable in Safe Box Only .
• The Check in time at the hotel is 2:00 PM & Check out time is 12:00 PM. 
• At all the Hotels Mini Bar is Not Complimentary, Its chargeable 
• All local and international calls are chargeable. 
• Laundry is on extra pay. 
• If you have any problem regarding electric connections, lock system , flush system, cleaning etc.. contact housekeeping department. 
• At the time of check in time you need to reconfirm the current offers for water sports activities and meals. 

• Though tipping is not mandatory, it is a normal practice to give Tip to the Bellboys.

1.You need to carry Covid report on arrival and departure. ( Report needs to be done within 96 hrs ) 

2.During departure there are 2 options regarding the covid test 

• You can do in Maldives hotel ( 150 usd charge per person )  
• In India at the arrival destination ( Approx Rs 2000 per person ) . Keep at time gap of 7 to 8 hrs at the domestic airport & at that time you are not allowed to go anywhere except airport lounge or airport hotel. 

3..Mandatory: Guests are required to register on mentioned Government link: https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/ - health declaration form before 24 hrs of travelling. After filling up form you will receive QR code which you can take as screenshot or Print. It’s compulsory during arrival & departure at the airport.
