Rates:

  • Rate of Exchange will be determined on the day when you make the final payment, and 0.90p will be charged additional due to international remittance charges. 

Bottled Water Policy For Kenya & Tanzania:

  • Bottled water during the safari is provided in the safari vehicle throughout the Safari.
  • All properties provide bottled drinking water in the rooms. Quantity depends on Individual Hotel policies. 
  • Bottled Drinking water and soft drinks during meal times in the dining and Lounge areas of any properties is chargeable direct in all the properties and is not on FOC basis.


Please Note:

  • We have currently quoted on the CURRENT park fees and concession fees at all National parks. The park AND concession fees are subject to increase for the year 2025.
  • The hotels in Masai Mara and Serengeti may charge bed night levy as per the new rule and it is expected to be $70 to $90 per person per day. 
  • All of the above tentative rates are not a part of the costing yet.
  • The final costing may change prior to your departure date since all the fees keep changing.
  • Any changes in the rates or policies of the lodges quoted on, will affect the costing and Flamingo Transworld does not have any hold over the same. 

Please Note:

  • There will not be any Flamingo in-house tour leader for Fix Departures.
  • There will be an English speaking driver available throughout the tour as per itinerary
  • Any changes in the accommodation are not allowed in this itinerary, the costing will be worked out differently if the client has a different requirement than the one mentioned

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit – USD 1000/-per person to confirm you're booking with us.
  • 100% payment to be made at least 45 days before departure, Payment to be collected in USD as per the prevailing Rate of Exchange on date of final Payment

Cancellation Policy

  • 45 Days or more prior to Departure – USD 1000
  • 44 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure – 50% of the Tour Cost Per Person
  • 35 Days to Date of Departure – 100% of The Tour Cost Per Person

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
