Transfer:

  • Rest all transfers by Coach 
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
  • We provide arrival and departure only 1 airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
  • Group Arrival Transfers will be at 05:30 pm from Narita Airport from Terminal 2 as majority passengers will come to Narita Airport. If you arrive at a different Terminal then you will have to come to Terminal 2 on your own.
  • If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
  • Group departure transfer will be at 06.00 / 06:30 AM from Tokyo Hotel to Narita International Airport. If your departure Flight will be from Different terminal then you need to manage terminal transfer by your own. 
  • Tour manager will meet you directly at Japan Airport.
  • If guest are taking Pre stay or post stay then Guest need to manage Arrival and Departure transfer by their own.

Cancellation Policy

  • If any Flight Ticket, Train Ticket and Visa Cost – If it will be done then it will be non-refundable.
  • 65 Days or more prior to Departure 25 % tour cost
  • 65 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
