Important Note:
  • In Japan Dinner will be early.
  • In Japan coach working hours is 10 Hours per day
  • Interbank rate additional 0.01 will be applicable in Yen Rate
  • Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.
  • R.O.E will be applicable on the day of payment.
  • Room size will be between 18 – 25 sqm in all hotels.
  • If there are 3 Adults or Child with bed then it may possible will give single room in 2 to 3 Hotels where extra bed not possible due to Room Size.

Transfer:

  • Tokyo/Yokohama to Hiroshima by Bullet Train – Ordinary Car Ticket Included
  • Hiroshima to Osaka/Kobe/Nara by Bullet Train – Ordinary Car Ticket Included 
  • Rest all transfers by Coach 
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
  • We provide arrival and departure only 1 airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
  • Group Arrival Transfers will be at 07:30 pm from Narita International Airport. If you will arrive at a different Terminal then you will have to come at Group flight terminal.
  • If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
  • Group departure transfer will be at 06:30 AM from NRT Airport Hotel to NRT International Airport. If your departure Flight will be from Different terminal then you need to manage terminal transfer by your own.
  • It may also possible as tour manager will meet you directly at Japan Airport.
  • If guest are taking Pre stay or post stay then Guest need to manage Arrival and Departure transfer by their own.

Tour Note: 

  • Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
  • The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
  • Breakfast in the hotel will be as per hotel policy either Japanese / Continental.  
  • There might be a 2 or 3 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
  • Porter services are not available in Japan due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
  • Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction then there
  • Will be no refund. 
  • We will provide you 05 to 10 KG weight for per person at Airport Check in counter or before the Check in. So, please pack you bag accordingly.

  • Porterage during the tour.
  • Any Medical Expenses or insurance during the tour.
  • Cost of any check-up or Testing on tour.
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • First Installment USD 1,000 per person to confirm your booking with us.
  • 100% payment to be made at least 65 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 65 Days or more prior to Departure 25 % tour cost (from JPY amount)
  • 65 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
  • If any Flight Ticket, Train Ticket and Visa Cost – If it will be done then it will be non-refundable.

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
