  • In Japan Lunch & Dinner will be Early.
  • In Japan Coach Working hours are 10 hours per day.
  • Interbank rate additional 0.01 will be applicable in Yen Rate
  • Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.

  • Room Size between 18 – 25 Sqm in all hotels.

Child Policy:

TRANSFER:
  • Osaka/Kobe/Nara to Hiroshima by Bullet Train – Ordinary Car Ticket Included
  • Hiroshima to Osaka/Kobe/Nara by Bullet Train – Ordinary Car Ticket Included 
  • Rest all transfers by Coach 
  • We will provide arrival day Airport Transfer from Narita International Airport to Narita Airport Hotel. It will be manage in Coach or private car or in Airport Taxi
  • We will provide Departure day transfer from Osaka Kansai Airport Hotel to Kansai International Airport. It will be manage in Coach or private car or in Airport Taxi.
  • It may also possible as tour manager will meet you directly at Airport Hotel and you will come to Narita Airport Hotel by your own in Airport Taxi and Tour manager will refund you for Taxi fare.
  • If guest are taking Pre stay or post stay then they need to manage Arrival and Departure transfer by their own.
  • We will manage Transfer but if other people are coming in same time or difference of 1 hour to 1 and half hour then will provide transfer together.
Tour Note:
  • Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
  • The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
  • Breakfast in the hotel will be as per hotel policy either Japanese / Continental.  
  • There might be a 4 or 6 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
  • Porter services are not available in Japan due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
  • Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction then there Will be no refund.

  • 05 USD per person per day (for chef, local driver and local guide)

  • All Personal Incidental Expenses
  • Airfare from the Country of Origin
  • Any lunches or additional meals except those mentioned above.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions column.
  • Porterage during the tour.
  • Any Medical Expenses or insurance during the tour.
  • Cost of any check-up or Testing on tour.
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • First Installment- USD 1000 per person to confirm your booking with us.
  • 100% payment is to be made at least 65 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 65 Days or more prior to Departure 25% of the tour cost
  • 65 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour cost.
  • If any Flight Ticket, Train Ticket and Visa Cost – If it will be done then it will be non-refundable.

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
