  • Lunch and Dinner will be at Indian/Local Restaurant or at the hotel (Helped and assisted by our chef)
  • Few meals will be packed meal during the tour.
  • 1 or 2 Meal will be local and on that time no Indian item possible
  • Meal request will be only Veg or Jain and for Non veg will try for 1 Non veg item during the Dinner but it’s also not possible on every Day.
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.

  • In Japan Lunch & Dinner will be Early.
  • In Japan Coach Working hours are 10 hours per day.
  • Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.
  • R. O. E. will be applicable on the day of payment.
  • Room Size between 18 – 25 Sqm in all hotels.
  • If there are 3 Adults, we suggest you to take 1 Double and 1 Single room

TRANSFER:

  • Rest all transfers by Coach
  • We provide arrival and departure only one airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
  • Group Arrival Transfers will be at 08:00 pm from Narita Airport If you will arrive at a different Terminal then you will have to come at Group flight terminal. 
  • If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
  • Group departure transfer will be at 06.00 / 06:30 AM from hotel to Kansai International Airport. If your departure Flight will be from Different terminal then you need to manage terminal transfer by your own.
  • If guest are taking Pre stay or post stay then Guest need to manage Arrival and Departure transfer by their own.
  • It may also possible as tour manager will meet you directly at Japan Airport.

TOUR NOTE: 
  • Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
  • The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
  • Breakfast in the hotel and it will be as per hotel policy either Japanese / Continental.  
  • There might be a 4 or 5 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
  • Porter services are not available in Japan due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
  • Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.

  • Daily 2 (500 ml) water bottle per person during the tour.

Exclusions

  • Japan Visa (15 To 20 Days)
  • 05 USD per person per day (for chef, local driver and local guide)
  • Any airfare (International)
  • All Personal Incidental Expenses
  • Airfare from the country of origin
  • Any lunches or additional meals except those mentioned above.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions column.
  • Porterage during the tour.
  • Any Medical Expenses or insurance during the tour.
  • Cost of any check-up or Testing on tour.
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • First Installment- USD 1000 per person to confirm your booking with us.
  • 100% payment is to be made at least 65 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 65 days or more before departure: 25% of the total tour cost
  • Within 65 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
