*Please note that according to driving laws of Europe a driver cannot drive more than 8 Hours and required 15 Minutes break after 2 Hours of Driving. 45 minutes break after 4 hours of driving.

*Hours of Operations will be Maximum 10 Hrs. strictly.  There Is No Way To Extend The Hours.

*The Car is booked for the service mentioned above. If you need to use the car for any additional services additional charges is to be paid. The same has to be paid directly only.

  • Rooms and Rates are subject to change depending on the availability at the time of booking.
  • Tourist city tax applicable at each hotel, to be paid locally by passenger.
  • This package is just a quotation and as of now we are not holding any reservations, all Hotels & Rates/ Airline Rates will be finalized as per the live availability of each inventory at the time of booking.
  • 5% GST  & 5% TCS will be Extra

  • Northen lights tours can be arranged in winter only.
  • Northern lights  is a natural and unpredictable phenomena ,strictly subject to weather conditions , such as Snow , stroms and wild weather can affect this activity.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.

    • Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/- to confirm your booking with us + Full Ticket Payment
    • 2nd Payment 60 days prior to departure 50% Of the Tour Cost
    • 3rd Payment 45 days prior to departure 75% Of the Tour Cost
    • Remaining full payment 35 days before departure- 100% of the tour cost.

    Cancellation Policy

    • 60 Days or more prior to Departure - 10% of the Tour Cost
    • 59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
    • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
    • Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

    TCS Terms and Conditions

    TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

    TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
    TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

    As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

    In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

    The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

    TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
