If any sightseeing does not happens due to unavoidable circumstances we do the following: 

• we will try to refund the same but it is strictly subject to refund from the attraction. However if we are providing alternative to it no refund at all is provided. 
• If any city tour or any free photo point can be covered which does not have any entry ticket there will be no refund. 

• For Individual travellers if you have included meal, we can arrange Gujarati or Punjabi dishes, South Indian Meal. But you need to specify at the time of booking so we can manage accordingly. 

• Yes, we provide Jain (no onion, no garlic, and no potato) and Swaminarayan meals during the tour. However, the variety of items may be limited, and the food service may take some additional time

• Breakfast is more continental type. You will get bread, juices, toast, eggs, salad, fruit, milk, and coffee at Breakfast. Usually no Indian item.

• No, Indian items are not available during the breakfast on the tour. However we do try to help give at some places but can’t be guaranteed due to safety, as lot of hotels do not allow outside food.

• Our tour leader do carry instant tea mix packets generally which you can take it from them to make your tea by just adding hot water and you shall get a wonderful masala chai. We also provide the same as departure gift for the tour and we strongly recommend you to carry the same with you on the tour. As tour leaders have limited capacity to carry tea packets. 

• No, drinking liquor inside the bus is not allowed during the tour. As we conduct family-friendly group tours, we maintain a strict policy against such activities to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

• Alcohol is available for guests above 21 years at licensed hotels, pubs, clubs, and airport duty-free, with strict rules against public drinking and drink-driving. During Ramadan, alcohol is not easily available

• Hongkong / Macau / Shenzhen, China believes in Zero Wastage policy so we request you to please do not waste food.

• “According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free but can be provided upon request at a charge.”

• Group travel is a pre fixed tour itinerary where all components are pre fixed. Changing hotel on tour is a practical idea but logistically, it is not possible to do multiple picks before starting the tour. It wastes time for all. So changing of hotel is not provided.

• For 3 star hotel check in time will be 2 PM and check out will be 11 AM. For 4 star and 5 star hotels check in time will be 3 PM and check out will be 11 AM. 
• At the time of Hotel check in, Hotel can ask for Security Deposit Which will be refundable but if you consume anything or break anything in room, it will be deducted from this deposit.

• No, hotel room assignments are not within our control; they are provided based on availability. As a result, it's possible for rooms to be located on different floors.

• Double or Twin: A room designed for two guests, typically featuring one large bed (king or queen size) or two single beds.
• Triple: A room that accommodates three guests typically features one double bed along with an additional bed, which may be a rollaway bed or a sofa bed. Triple room doesn’t mean Bigger Room, size will be the same as double room.
• CWB (Child with Bed): This refers to a child staying in the room who is provided with an extra bed, with an additional bed, which may be a rollaway bed or a sofa bed. Extra Bed room doesn’t mean a Bigger Room, size will be same as double room.
• CNB (Child No Bed): This indicates a child staying in the room without an extra bed, usually applicable for infants or younger children who can share the existing bedding.
• Note: CNB can be considered between 3 to 11 years of age.
• Single Sharing Room: Single Rooms will be smaller than double sharing room.

• We offer Double/Twin rooms (2 adults), Triple rooms (3 adults with an extra bed), CWB – Child with Bed, CNB – Child without Bed, and Single Sharing rooms; note that triple and extra-bed rooms are the same size as double rooms, with additional bedding arranged.

• Airport transfers are included for all the guests; provided they are arriving and departing on the same day of the tour. 
• Transfers are provided on seat in coach basis where other travellers like you will be travelling with you. 
• We combine guest arriving in 45 minutes duration and provide them transfer so you may have to wait for some time before you get transferred. 
• If you are arriving by any other mode of transportation or staying at other hotels or friends and relatives place logistically it is not possible to provide the transfers. 

• The transfers are booked way much in advance. The same can be changed or amended only until 96 Hrs (Working Hours, Weekends don’t count) before departure. If anything happens after that the same can’t be changed nor refunded. One must take a taxi from airport to hotel and transfer themselves. There will be no refund on unutilized services with 96 Hrs.

• If you are arriving by any other mode of transportation or staying at other hotels or friends and relatives place, logistically it is not possible to provide the transfers. 

• There is no stumping process. 
• Hong kong - They don't stamp your passport on arrival. They give you an arrival Slip (Chit). It is important that you keep with you until you are back in India. (Please do not misplace or lost it).
• Macau - They don't stamp your passport on arrival. They give you an arrival Slip (Chit). It is important that you keep with you until you are back in India. (Please do not misplace or lost it).
• Shenzhen, China - They don't stamp your passport on arrival. It is important that you keep your visa with you until you are back in India. (Please do not misplace or lost it).

A 14-days VISA-free stay is allowed.

Passenger must have Compulsory Documents as per below:

BOOKING PROCESS

• To confirm the booking, you need to submit a valid passport copy (minimum six months validity) and passport-size photograph; additional documents may be required for visa processing, if applicable

• Meal request for the airline and for the tour (Choices are Veg or Jain Meals) (We understand Jain means No Onion No garlic & No Potato) (Please mention in Booking Form if you are allergic to any food) (If you have any more specific food request you can mention the same to the sales staff and in booking form. We will try to help with the same but DO NOT GUARANTEE availability of the same)  
• Billing Details (If you need to claim any GST or TCS or needs your Bills in your Company Account, GST No and Proper Billing details needs to be submitted before booking is made. To make changes in Our Accounting System after Invoice is raised is not possible) 
• For Overseas Medical Insurance do mention if you have any existing Diseases. 
• Inform your Sales Staff In case if you have anyone who is travelling with you is not very mobile and may require long time to walk or need wheelchair. 
• Any Visa Rejection in Past.

• In case of Shenzhen visa rejection, the visa fee is strictly non-refundable, and any flight, hotel, or service cancellation charges will apply as per airline and supplier policies at the time of cancellation.

• Actual expenses such as visa fees & ticket cancellation or credit note as per airline policy will be deducted from your deposit and credit voucher will be given for the remaining amount. Airline credit note if any will be transferred as well.

• Please note that 5% TCS (Till June) or 20% TCS (July onwards is applicable on our Total Tour Cost which can be claimed back. (Which is not part of Total Tour Cost and Charged additionally.) (Only for Indian Nations and Residents) 
• Rate of Exchange at the time of Payment. 
• ROE will be applicable on the day when you make final payment. Initial deposits will not be converted on that day’s rate of exchange. ROE will be considered on the final / full payment day only. 
• ROE will be determined as per interbank rate on www.xe.com + Rs.1// USD0.01 on the day when you make payment. When we send calculations are for the ideas only. When you make payment Rate of Exchange needs to be checked as it may be possible that after sending calculation payment is done 1 – 2 days afterwards. In that case no ROE difference will be accepted and payment has to be done asper the ROE prevailing on the day of Payment. 
• We are ok if you wish to make early payment in case USD exchange rate goes lower. You can keep checking the same on www.xe.com. 

• This is the event which we usually organise online and offline Between 1 month before departure to 1 week before departure. The date and time will be conveyed to you by our office. Please note IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE SAME as it is not possible to repeat the same afterwards. You will be able to attend either online or offline, depending on your convenience. 

• The same will be handed over to you 7 Days to 3 Days before your departure. (As per company policy we are not allowed to dispatch any tour documents if Payment is not fully done). We will try to adhere to above timeline in all cases. In case of heavy rush or unavoidable circumstances, we may have alterations in the same.

• No, eating is not allowed inside the coach. If the coach is damaged or soiled, the coach captain may charge a cleaning fee, as government regulations prohibit dirty coaches.

• No, drinking liquor inside the bus is not allowed during the tour. As we conduct family-friendly group tours, we maintain a strict policy against such activities to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

• No, the coach does not have Wi-Fi, TV, or a washroom. However, your manager will assist you in making stops where restrooms are available.

• Yes, Please carry minimum luggage as coach luggage space is limited. We will allow only one Luggage bag with one Hand luggage.

• The group size can vary based on bookings, ranging from 16 to 45 people. Similarly, the size of the tour coach will depend on the number of passengers, with options including 49-seater, 35-seater, 22-seater, and 14-seater coaches.
• If you are booking as close group and for example you are 20 people 22 seater bus will be there, if you want bigger bus you can ask us on additional price.

• Typically all the sightseen are 15 to 30 mins away from hotel (depends on hotel). And when you go Hong Kong to Macau or Shenzhen. It will be 1 Hour of ferry ride per way.

• All Our Tour leaders are very well conversed with English, Hindi and Gujarati. Most of the tour conducted are in Hindi and we receive passengers from all the regions in India. 

• Yes, Sometime Tour leaders generally reaches well in advance and at times they take multiple tours. Therefore tour leaders usually meet you at the destination either at the airport to pick you up if you are arriving with group or at the hotel to check you in if you are not arriving at group timings.

• As per Hong Kong and China Government Rules On tour you are strictly allowed 20 KGS 1 bag + 7 KGS Hand bag per person maximum. 

• No, porterage services are not included in the tour, and guests are required to handle their own luggage at airports and hotels.

• Tipping is not compulsory at any place. 
• If you are taking any additional service like portage service or any hotel service, you have to pay service charge to them.
