  • Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any upgrade in room categories.
  • Vehicle will be with you during your sightseeing only and all transfers will be point to point, for meal transfers it will be on additional cost and in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delay in the airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
  • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
  • Tap water is not safe in Hong Kong. No hotels will provide you with drinking water, you have to buy water on your own.
  • For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.

  • Any Medical Expenses or insurance during the tour.
  • Cost of any check-up or Testing on tour.
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)

Payment Policy

  • First Installment- USD 500 per person to confirm your booking with us.
  • 100% payment is to be made at least 35 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 35 Days or more prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost
  • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
  • 14 Days to 08 Days before Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
  • 08 Days and beyond 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
