• Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
• The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
• Breakfast in a hotel will be as per hotel policy. 
• For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before of group arrives, you will wait at the airport and we will arrange your transfers with the group only.  
• Flamingo Tour Manager Travel will be with you if the group size is 20 or more adults. If the group size is below 20 adults local representative will assist you on tour. 
• Hotel Check-In Time: 1500 Hours in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. In Venetian Hotel Check in Time: 1600 Hours. 
• At the time of Check in in Venetian Hotel Macau Tour Manager will collect 500 – 1000 HKD Deposit per room, As per Hotel Policy.
• For this Tour, to enter into Shenzhen we need 144 hours China Visa, which is done on arrival as a Group Visa. On few occasions at the discretion of the China Govt. this visa will be suspended temporarily. In such last minute situations we have to apply for China Sticker visa from India with additional price.

• Infant consider below 2 years
• Child No Bed: 02 – Below 06 years
• Child With Bed: 06 – Below 12 years
• Infant cost has been considered INR 15,000, but it varies from airline to airline. Thus actual infant cost will be calculated at the time of issuing ticket.

• “According to Hong Kong Govenrment’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free. But can be provided upon request at a charge”.

Important Notes:

• China visa will be Group visa or will apply from here, if will process from here then bank statement require as per below details.
• Original copy of recent 6-month bank statement of the applicant saving account with balance of at least INR100,000 and with stamp and signature of the bank.

Note: The Bank account must have the consistency of the remaining balance =100,000 rupees for the past six months.if not,the application will not be accepted. Temporary deposits will not be accepted.
