  • Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.

  • No, Indian items are not available during the breakfast on the tour. However we do try to help give at some places but can’t be guaranteed due to safety, as lot of hotels do not allow outside food.
  • Our tour leader do carry instant tea mix packets generally which you can take it from them to make your tea by just adding hot water and you shall get a wonderful masala chai. We also provide the same as departure gift for the tour and we strongly recommend you to carry the same with you on the tour. As tour leaders have limited capacity to carry tea packets. 
  • No, drinking liquor inside the bus is not allowed during the tour. As we conduct family-friendly group tours, we maintain a strict policy against such activities to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
  • Alcohol is available for guests above 21 years at licensed hotels, pubs, clubs, and airport duty-free, with strict rules against public drinking and drink-driving. During Ramadan, alcohol is not easily available

  • Double or Twin: A room designed for two guests, typically featuring one large bed (king or queen size) or two single beds.
  • Triple: A room that accommodates three guests typically features one double bed along with an additional bed, which may be a rollaway bed or a sofa bed. Triple room doesn’t mean Bigger Room, size will be the same as double room.
  • CWB (Child with Bed): This refers to a child staying in the room who is provided with an extra bed, with an additional bed, which may be a rollaway bed or a sofa bed. Extra Bed room doesn’t mean a Bigger Room, size will be same as double room.
  • Note: CWB can be considered between 6 to 12 years of age.

  • Airport transfers are included for all the guests; provided they are arriving and departing on the same day of the tour. 
  • Transfers are provided on seat in coach basis where other travellers like you will be travelling with you.

  • In case of Georgia visa rejection, the visa fee is strictly non-refundable, and any flight, hotel, or service cancellation charges will apply as per airline and supplier policies at the time of cancellation.
  • Actual expenses such as visa fees & ticket cancellation or credit note as per airline policy will be deducted from your deposit and credit voucher will be given for the remaining amount. Airline credit note if any will be transferred as well.
  • Please note that 5% TCS (Till June) or 20% TCS (July onwards is applicable on our Total Tour Cost which can be claimed back. (Which is not part of Total Tour Cost and Charged additionally.) (Only for Indian Nations and Residents) 
  • Rate of Exchange at the time of Payment. 
  • ROE will be applicable on the day when you make final payment. Initial deposits will not be converted on that day’s rate of exchange. ROE will be considered on the final / full payment day only. 
  • ROE will be determined as per interbank rate on www.xe.com + Rs.1// USD0.01 on the day when you make payment. When we send calculations are for the ideas only. When you make payment Rate of Exchange needs to be checked as it may be possible that after sending calculation payment is done 1 – 2 days afterwards. In that case no ROE difference will be accepted and payment has to be done asper the ROE prevailing on the day of Payment.

  • This is the event which we usually organise online and offline Between 1 month before departure to 1 week before departure. The date and time will be conveyed to you by our office. Please note IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE SAME as it is not possible to repeat the same afterwards. You will be able to attend either online or offline, depending on your convenience.

  • Yes, Sometime Tour leaders generally reaches well in advance and at times they take multiple tours. Therefore tour leaders usually meet you at the destination either at the airport to pick you up if you are arriving with group or at the hotel to check you in if you are not arriving at group timings.
  • As per Georgia Government Rules On tour you are strictly allowed 20 KGS 1 bag + 7 KGS Hand bag per person maximum. 
  • No, porterage services are not included in the tour, in Georgia port rage is not easily available in every hotel. So luggage will have to be carried on your own at airports and hotels.
