Meals:
  • 05 Breakfast (Arrival Day and Departure Day – No Breakfast), 5 Lunch and 6 Dinner
  • Breakfast as per the Hotel Policy it will be Chinese/Continental 
  • All meals are in the Local/Indian Restaurant 
  • Few meals will be packed meal during the tour as per itinerary
  • 2 or 3 Meal will be local and on that time no Indian item possible
  • Meal request will be only Veg or Jain and for Non veg will try for 1 Non veg item during the Dinner but it’s also not possible on every Day.
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
Important Note:
  • In China, Lunch & Dinner will be early
  • In China, coach working hours is 11 Hours per day
  • Interbank rate additional 0.05 will be applicable in USD Rate
  • Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost
  • R.O.E will be applicable on the day of payment
  • China Sticker Visa, Passengers are required to submit a bank statement as per the requirements mentioned below.
  • Original copy of recent 6-month bank statement of the applicant saving account with balance of at least INR100,000 and with stamp and signature of the bank.
  • Note: The Bank account must have the consistency of the remaining balance =100,000 rupees for the past six months.if not,the application will not be accepted. Temporary deposits will not be accepted.
  • If More than 20 pax are confirmed in the group, only then will a Flamingo Tour Manager join the tour
Child Policy:
  • Infant: Below 2 Years
  • Child No Bed: 02 Years – Below 5.99 Years
  • Child With Bed: 06 Years – Below 11.99 Years

Tour Note 
  • Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
  • The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
  • Breakfast in the hotel and it will be as per hotel policy either Chinese / Continental.  
  • There might be 2 or 3 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
  • Porter services are not available in China. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
  • Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction, there will be no refund.
Transfer:
  • High Speed Train – Beijing to Xian, Xian to Shanghai - Second Class Ticket
  • Rest all transfers by Coach
  • We provide arrival and departure only one airport transfer for the group. For any other arrival and departure transfers, additional cost will be applicable
  • Group arrival transfer will be from Beijing International Airport (PEK) Beijing 04:45 pm as per the group arrival.
  • If you arrive at a different Terminal, you will have to come to the main terminal of the Group Flight on your own
  • If flight timing differs from our group timings, transfers need to be arranged on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking
  • Group departure transfer will be at 04:00 AM from the hotel to Shanghai International Airport (PVG)

Ticket:

  • Sightseeing, as stated, First Gate Entrance Fee
  • High-Speed Train – Beijing to Xian, Xian to Shanghai - Second Class Ticket
  • Compulsory Shopping Stops: Jade Factory, Pearl Factory, Crockery Factory, and Silk Factory

    • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
    • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

    Payment Policy

    • First Installment- USD 500 per person to confirm your booking with us.
    • 100% payment is to be made at least 35 days before departure.

    Cancellation Policy

    • 65 days or more prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
    • Less than 65 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.

    TCS Terms and Conditions

    TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

    TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
    TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

    As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

    In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

    The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

    TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
