30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
15-07 days prior to the departure - 75% of the tour cost
07 or less than 07 days prior to the departure - 100% of the tour cost
No Show on the tour - 100% of the tour cost
Airline cancellation will be as per the airline rules.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. We will not be held responsible for them.
