Chef points:

Breakfast: 
Hotel Continental Breakfast spread with items like Milk, Cereal, bread butter jams, cheese, hot potatoes, fruits, juices. 

Lunch: 
Afternoon lunch will be a packed with minimum of two or three items such as Pav Bhaji, Puri Bhaji, Bhel, Chhole Puri, Biryani Curd, Handva, etc. will be served in outside Picnic areas & parks. (Subject to weather conditions & permissions the time of this meal can vary.)

Dinner:
Indian Dinner will be served in the hotel or in an Indian Restaurant with a full set menu of that city.
Meals in Canada will be by Indian Chef as per above conditions. 
Due to unavoidable circumstances any meal on tour can be packed meal due to operational issues.
Despite having a Chef on board, some meals will be prepared by the restaurant due to logistic reasons. (Specifically on days with long distance road travel.)
We cannot cater Non Veg meal during our Chef tours.

Note: The Tour will start from the Calgary hotel and will end at Vancouver hotel

Inclusions

Exclusions

  • International and Domestic Airfare.
  • Canada Visa Charges.
  • Medical Insurance.
  • Tips of CAD5 per person per day.
  • Porterage - Passengers need to carry their own luggage.
  • Baggage Handling Charge for Internal sectors levied by airlines.
  • Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Phone etc.
  • Any surcharge applicable during your travel dates.
  • Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
  • 2% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 5% TCS)
  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit - Rs. 1,00,000/- + 5% GST + Canada visa fees to confirm you’re booking with us.
  • 2nd Payment –Rs. 50,000/-+ 5% GST 90 Days Prior to your Departure
  • 3rd Payment - Rs. 50,000/- + 5% GST 75 Days Prior to your Departure.
  • 100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure.
  • The initial deposit money will be towards the INR portion.
  • The USD/CAD component will never be freezed. ROE will be considered on the date of payments given, towards USD/CAD portion.

Cancellation Policy

  • 90 Days or more prior to Departure - 25% of the Tour Cost
  • 60 Days to 30 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
  • 30 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure - 75% of the Tour Cost
  • With 7 Days of Departure -100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
