• Even when flying within Canada on domestic flights, airlines generally allow one 23 kg check-in bag and one 7 kg hand carry per person (as per airline policy).

• The tour manager will not travel with the group on international flights. He / She will meet you directly at the first hotel of your tour or at the airport (if an airport transfer is arranged).
• The tour manager may also not accompany internal flights within Canada. Assistance will be provided at the destination when required.
• The tour manager has the authority to change the sequence of sightseeing or travel arrangements for operational convenience, weather conditions, or guest comfort.
• The tour manager is responsible for overall coordination of the tour, managing schedules, and assisting guests during the journey.

• The tour group size may range between 25 to 50 passengers, and the coach will generally operate at or near full capacity.
• The first row of seats on both sides is reserved for the Tour Manager and Guide.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the coach are strictly prohibited (water in sealed bottles may be allowed at the Tour Manager’s discretion).
• Coach drivers follow strict Transport Canada regulations that limit daily and weekly driving hours. Guests must adhere strictly to reporting times to avoid itinerary disruptions.
• Coaches of different capacities (30-seater, 45-seater, 50-seater, or 55-seater) may be used depending on group size, and full capacity utilization is expected.
• Wi-Fi is generally not provided onboard the coach unless specifically mentioned.
• Guests are advised not to leave valuables in the coach, as safety cannot be guaranteed.
• Any damage caused to the coach by a passenger will be charged directly to the concerned individual.

Avail of Canada visas by applying online. We do visa process applications for our guests. We ensure a smooth application process to avail of Canada Tourist Visa for Indians. The whole process includes biometrics and document submission (interview only if required).

Here are the general steps:

Determine the Visa Type:

• Canada tourist visas are usually issued under the Visitor Visa (TRV – Temporary Resident Visa) category. You must show the purpose of your visit with valid documents.

Eligibility Check:

• Before applying, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria such as financial capacity, travel history, and genuine intent to return to India.

Prepare all necessary documents, which may include:

• A valid passport with adequate validity.
• Online visa application form.
• Travel itinerary and hotel bookings.
• Proof of funds and income.
• Employment or business documents.
• Family and social ties in India.

Apply Online:

• Create an account on the official Canada immigration website.
• Fill out the Visitor Visa application form and upload documents.
• Pay the visa application fee online.

Biometrics:

• You will be required to give biometrics (fingerprints and photo) at the nearest Visa Application Centre (VAC) after submitting your application.

Interview (If Required):

• Personal interview is usually not mandatory but may be requested by the visa officer in certain cases.

Visa Decision:

• Once your application is processed, you will receive an update online.

Passport Submission:

• If approved, you may be asked to submit your passport at the Visa Application Centre for visa stamping.

Travel to Canada:

• After receiving your visa, you can travel to Canada and must follow all visa conditions including duration of stay.

• Initial Deposit: Rs. 50,000/- per person to confirm your booking. If you are applying for a Canada visa through us, visa fees will be charged additionally.
• 2nd Payment: Rs. 1,00,000/- per person, 95 days prior to departure.
• 3rd Payment: Rs. 2,00,000/- per person, 60 days prior to departure.
• Final Payment: 100% of the tour cost must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure.
• CAD Component: The CAD portion will never be frozen. The rate of exchange (ROE) will be calculated as per the prevailing rate on the date of each payment for the CAD component.

• 90 days or more prior to departure: Rs. 1,00,000/- per person
• 75 days to 45 days prior to departure: Rs. 2,00,000/- per person
• 45 days to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
• Within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost
