  • Water sports are not  permitted for guests below 8 years and above 59 years
  • Swing is not  permitted for guests  below 5 years and above 59 years
  • Rafting is not permitted for guests below 5 years and above 64 years
  • Nusa Penida is not permitted below  2  years and above 68 years
  • Water sports activities included in the package are offered as part of a short-duration combo. Each activity will be approximately 2 minutes in length.
  • Snorkelling at Nusa Penida is not permitted for guests below  10 and  above 64 years
  • Diving at Nusa Penida is not permitted for guests below 12 years and above 59 years
  • ATV is not Permitted for guests below 6 years and above 64 years


Please Note:

  • Bali Tourism Tax: To be paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival in Bali – IDR 150,000 per person (USD 10).

Hotel Information:

  • Accommodation will be provided in standard rooms.
  • For pool/beach-facing rooms, private pool villas, or suites, additional charges will apply.

Additional Notes

  • Children below 5 years are not included in Swing activities.
  • Children below 6 years are not included in Rafting or Water Sports activities.

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit - 25% of tour cost per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
  • Second Installment- 30% of tour cost per person between 15 to 20 days of booking date.
  • 100% payment is to be made at least 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 35 Days or more prior to Departure - 20% of the Tour Cost
  • 35 days to 15 days 50 % of tour cost
  • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
  • Less then 15 days 100% cancellation

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
