45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost

The tour size will be anywhere from 25 pax to 50 pax per tour. We will fill the full bus to its capacity.
Rate of exchange will be considered only on the day of final payment from www.xe.com + 0.50 Paisa will be charged on the live price as interbank remittance charges.

Please note for JQ & VA Flights:

23 kg check in and 7 kg hand baggage ( your all hand luggage weight should not be more than 7 kg and they count purse / laptop bags in hand luggage weight only )
Any changes in this itinerary will be instructed by your Tour Manager
On the tour luggage allowance in the coach will be one handbag (7 kg) and one suitcase per person.
International Hotel Check in time 1500 hrs. Checkout Time 1000hrs.
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary

Dinners at Indian Restaurant are within walking distance from Hotel
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra
No meals will be provided for Flight within Australia
Certain sightseeing is full day about 6- 8hrs tours. Ex: Great Ocean Road, Port Stephens, Blue Mountain, Big cat Green Island cruise. Do not eat much. Take basic medicines along if you have motion sickness.
Tap Water is Suitable for Drinking
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
