• Breakfast consists of Bread, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
• Resort fee wherever applicable has to be paid directly
• Personal Expenses of any nature like laundry, shopping, incidentals at hotels etc.
• Surcharges for weekends and conventions may apply for any trade fair/special event in the city.
• Child age à 2-12 years. Above 12 years is considered as an adult.
• All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.

Payment Policy

• Initial deposit - 25% of Tour cost (Non refundable) to confirm your booking with us.
• 100% payment to be made at least 25 days before departure. Payment will be as per exchange rate on the date of final payment

Cancellation Policy

• 45 Days or more prior to Departure - 20% of Tour cost + Visa Charges (if applicable)
• 44 Days to 30 Days prior to Departure - 25% of the Tour Cost
• 29 Days to 16 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
• 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
