100% payment to be made at least 25 days before departure. Full payment will be in Indian Rupees as per exchange rate on the date of final payment

Cancellation Policy

35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.50000/- + Visa Charges if applied for
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
07 Days and beyond 100% of the Tour Cost

All the transfers are on point to point basis if there is any extra transfers required then it has to be settled directly.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject to Availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
Flight timings mention are suggestive and subject to availability.
Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms.Supplment cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain.
Original vouchers /Itinerary will be given on arrival. Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.
If Dinners are booked you will be Given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, airline office.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
Certain Sightseeing are full day abt 6- 8hrs tours. Eg Great Ocean Road, Port Stephens, Blue Mountain, Big cat green island cruise. Do not eat much. Take basic medicines along if you have motion sickness.
Tap Water is Suitable for Drinking.
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
Optional sightseeing have to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
If Lunch is included in sightseeing it will be continental. Eg Big Cat green island cruise in cairns, Moon shadow cruise at Port Stephens. Jain meals will not be provided.
There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
International Hotel Chkin time 1400 hrs Chkout Time 1000hrs.
Baggage Allowance 20 Kg per person for Check in Baggage.5 Kgs for Cabin Baggage.
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card.
