Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 30-16 days before the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
  • Cancellation 16-07 days before the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
  • Cancellation 07 days or less before the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.

1). In case if Visas are rejected

  • 60 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.50000/- or whichever is higher
  • 59 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure - Rs.100000/- or whichever is higher
  • 34 Days to 16 Days prior to Departure – RS. 75% or whichever is higher
  • Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
*5% Service Tax is applicable on all cancellation amounts.
*Any sightseeing entrance / train tickets/ flight tickets issued are non-refundable from the time of booking them.

1). TCS  , is applicable on our Total Tour Cost, depending on your annual purchase of  overseas transactions you will be either paying 5 % or 20 % TCS, which can be claimed back. (Which is not part of Total Tour Cost and Charged additionally) 

2). Rate of Exchange at the time of Payment. 
a). ROE will be applicable on the day when you make final payment. 
b). ROE will be determined as per interbank rate on www.xe.com  + Rs.0.50 on the day when you make payment. 
c). We are ok if you wish to make early payment in case EUR exchange rate goes lower. You can keep checking the same on www.xe.com. 

3). Payment Schedule: 
Initial Deposit: INR 50000/- per person is required to confirm the seat. 
2nd Payment 75 Days before departure: INR 80000/- (This payment will be considered toward Indian Rupees Cost) 
3rd Payment 45 Days before departure: INR 50000/-
4th Payment 30 Days before departure: Remaining Full Payment 
 
4). Please note that it is mandatory to adhere to above schedule no matter if your visas are received or not.
