GULMARG Notes :
Please note Gulmarg is a walking town. Vehicles of other cities are not allowed here.
In summer the private car will drop the guest at the hotel booked & than the driver & vehicle will go back & stay at Tangmarg which is near to Gulmarg.
In winter, snow can be difficult for walking so pony or snow scooter needs to be used. Private car cannot go up to Gulmarg town due to snow so a snow car needs to be hired by guest (at optional cost) to reach to the hotel.
In Gulmarg, the cable car station is situated at the walking distance from almost all the hotels so one can go to cable car station by a walk or else through the pony.

30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost

After cancellation amount deducted, credit note will be given and no refund will processed.
Kashmir is a hill station & so there is walking involved during the tour. The sightseeing places involves a walk from the entrance gate to explore the place. Also the hotels here are located on sloppy surface so there will be some steps or walk involved to reach to your room from the reception or restaurant place. The elevator facility is not possible at all the hotels so one has to use the stairs .
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.

On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( Folding beds)
Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
Pre ponement / Post ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
