Please note Gulmarg is a walking town. Vehicles of other cities are not allowed here. So only for pick-up & drop during your hotel c/in & c/out the vehicle will come than it will go back to Tanmarg town.
In winters or even when there is snow on the roads , the Private car cannot go up to Gulmarg town due to snow so a snow car needs to be hired by guest (at optional cost) to reach to the hotel. This optional cost has to be paid by the guest directly to the driver.
Senior citizens or family with kids who finds difficult to explore Gulmarg town by walk can even hire a pony or a local union car to explore Gulmarg town at optional cost.
In Gulmarg, the cable car station is situated at the walking distance from almost all the hotels so one can go to cable car station by a walk or else through the pony or union car (cost is optional).

Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs& Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.

Pre-ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
