• Breakfast: Your breakfast is normally Continental or American style which usually includes Tea or Coffee, juices, cereals, milk, bread, butter, jam, cheese, fruits, and bakery items. Some hotels may provide hot items like hash browns, potatoes, baked beans, pancakes, waffles, or eggs. Indian or Jain breakfast items are generally not available in most hotels.

• No matter the baggage allowance of the internal or international flights, for the group tour due to coach restrictions, we allow only one 23 kgs and one 7kgs hand carry per person.
• After the completion of tours if you are flying anywhere in USA then the additional flights cost is not included in the tour cost. 

• Yes, Tipping is compulsory in USA. 
• You will have to pay USD 5.00 per person per day for the Duration of your tour. Kindly pay the same on arrival to the Tour Manager (Applicable on both adult and child) 

• Flamingo strongly advises that you should carry a travel insurance with you, with a minimum of USD250,000 coverage. We will not release any tour documents, unless the insurance copy is submitted to us.

• The tour manager will not travel with the group on international flights. He / She will meet you directly at the first hotel of your tour or at the airport (if an airport transfer is arranged).
• The tour manager may also not accompany internal flights within the USA. Assistance will be provided at destination when required.
• The tour manager has the authority to change the sequence of sightseeing or travel arrangements for operational convenience, weather conditions, or guest comfort.
• The tour manager is responsible for overall coordination of the tour, managing schedules, and assisting guests during the journey.

• The tour group size may range between 25 to 50 passengers, and the coach will generally operate at or near full capacity.
• The first row of seats on both sides is reserved for the Tour Manager and Guide.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the coach are strictly prohibited (water in sealed bottles may be allowed at the Tour Manager’s discretion).

Prepare all necessary documents, which may include:

• A valid passport with a validity of a minimum of six months beyond your intended stay.
• Visa application form, which you can complete online on the official website. Travel itinerary, 
• Documents of family connections.

Apply Online:

• Need to take visa appointment online.
• Fill out the online visa application form for a Visitor visa and pay the visa application fee. 
• Secure appointment for personal interview. 

Biometrics:

• You will be required to undergo biometrics (fingerprints and photos. Follow the instructions provided in your application.

Attend an Interview:
