Cancellation 30-16 days before the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
Cancellation 16-07 days before the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
Cancellation 07 days or less before the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
Child age 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.

Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.

Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use
Please note hotel prices are subject to availability and prices may be higher during peak season. Prices are a close estimation but are not guaranteed until booked. There will be a surcharge for weekday stay in Washington and there will be a surcharge for May-August stay in New York and Niagara

Vouchers will be released 48 hours after we receive the full payments/ 07 days prior to the departure.
In case of last minute bookings credit card guarantee has to be provided to confirm the booking and release the service vouchers
Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or credit card.
Vehicle :
Please note that Vehicle on disposal will be for 8 hours except first & last day. Day 1 and last Day will be for 4 hours.
Any additional hour’s usage will be liable to additional charges.
Tips to the Driver and Guided are mandatory in the U.S.A, which needs to be paid to them directly.
