Visa requirement: 

• 06 Month Valid Passports & 80% Face Coverage 2 Photo White Background. 
• Bank Statement of 06 Month & Sign with Stamp Each Page 
• Min. 1 Lac Balance & 3 Years IT Return.

• For Business person - Registration Proof / GST Certificate

Language:

• Language is a big problem in Korea as very few people can understand or talk English. 
• It is also advisable to carry your hotel cards everywhere in case you are out on your own. 

Baggage rule:

• Please carry 20 KG weight per person in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag. 
• Because of Maharaja Tour, you will carry 05 K G. weight per person will give by Flamingo Staff at Check-In Counter. So please pack your bag accordingly.

Hotel rule:

• Any usage of Minibar, Laundry, Telephone Charges shall be settled directly by clients.
• Tap Water is Safe in Korea but daily we will provide you 02 water bottle per person (500 ML).
• Korea hotel provide basic amenities in hotel room, so we request you please carry your toiletries with you.

General information:

• Your day will start early around 0800 to 0900 HRS in the morning and will end by 0800 to 0900 HRS. As the coach usage duration is 11 hours so the day will end accordingly. 
• Wear comfortable shoes as there will be lots of walking in Korea.
• Please carry your own required medicines as medicines are not sold in Korea without prescription. 
• There are many 7/11 shops for buying water, snacks, fruits etc. 
• Please carry umbrella and warm wear as certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year. 
• In certain hotels, tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of hotels have local tea I.e. without creamer and sugar. 
• For tea lovers we are requesting you please carry Indian Tea Packets.
• There will be long walks from parking to the visit place.

• For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.

• International Hotel Check in time 1400hrs, Check out Time 1200hrs.
• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. 
• Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.
• We will not be held responsible for any delay in Ai misconnecting of onward flights. 
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim. 
• If accommodation is not available in the end, the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect
