Important Points:

• Rate of Land part is valid for minimum 15 adults traveling together and we have given slab wise cost for each slab so as per number of passengers slab rate will be applicable
• Rate of exchange will be applicable on the day of making final payment from NZD to USD as per Rate of exchange on XE.COM + 0.01 USD Extra. 
• Please note that on the day of morning flight, we will provide packed Breakfast
• Please note that we have included only one arrival and one departure transfer for group so please make sure that all Passengers reach at one time and depart at one time or else extra transfer cost will be applicable.

• Travel insurance is not included into the package and we highly recommend to buy proper travel insurance for the entire coverage of the tour

• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10 mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain
• Dinners at Indian Restaurant are within walking distance from Hotel
• It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office
• Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra
• No meals  will be provided for Flight within Australia
• Certain Sightseeing are full day about 6- 8hrs tours. E.g. Great Ocean Road, Port Stephens, Blue Mountain, Big cat green island cruise. Do not eat much. Take basic medicines along if you have motion sickness.
• Tap Water is Suitable for Drinking
• You are not allowed to eat/drink in the coach
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact the hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
• If Lunch is included in sightseeing it will be continental. E.g. Big Cat green island cruise in Cairns, Theme parks in Gold Coast. Jain meals will not be provided
• There is No Refund for unutilized Service

Brochure Accuracy:

• All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour.

Tipping

• Tipping is compulsory.
• You will have to pay NZD $5 (In New Zealand) per person per day for the Duration of your tour. Kindly pay the same on arrival to the Tour Manager (Applicable on both adult and child)

Baggage

• On the tour luggage allowance in the coach will be one piece of handbag of 7 Kg per Person and one piece of check- in bag of 20 Kg per person.
• Porterage in Any of Tours is not included. It will be the passenger's responsibility to carry their bags to and from the Coach and their room.

Food And Water

• Breakfast: Your breakfast is normally a continental breakfast which usually will have Tea or Coffee, Juices, Cereals, Milk, Breads, Butter, Jam, cheese.  Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes or hot beans. No Indian item or Jain item will be available.
• Lunch & Dinner may be a combination of Indian / Continental or local vegetarian or packed. Local lunch can be pizza, pasta or Mexican or subway. But all vegetarian.
• Jain passengers: Please note, the Jain food which may be provided will be without onion, garlic & potatoes. Any further restriction from the above for vegetables etc. cannot be accommodated. Also there will be a restricted choice of vegetables, curries items for Jain passengers.
• Drinking water: Tap Water throughout the tour is Safe to Consume and therefore request you to carry an empty bottle with you which you can fill whenever you wish to.
• A meal doesn’t include any Water Bottles, Beverages, Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices. 
• In the cruise, the meals will be served as per the cruise policy.
• If you are non-vegetarian please request us at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance:

• We strongly advises that you should carry travel insurance with you, with a minimum of USD250, 000 coverage. We will not release any tour documents, unless the insurance copy is submitted to us.
• Please note the insurance cost is not included in the tour cost. It is going to be additional.

Covid Rules:

• It is mandatory to follow the Vaccination pre-requirement of each country being visited before & during the tour.

Joining Direct Policy:

• International airfare not included.
• We have included one common arrival and departure group transfer so everyone has to arrive and depart as per same time. 

Tour Manager

• Your tour manager will not be travelling with you on the flights. He / She will meet you directly in the first hotel of your tour / airport (if there is a transfer)
• It is not necessary that the tour manager travels with you on the internal flights as well.
• Your tour manager may change the flow of sightseeing for the betterment if need be.

Coach And Coach Captain

• It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
• Coach Captains are bound by laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore it is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually.
• In some Coaches an emergency washroom is available. Keeping in mind hygiene standards it can be used only in case of severe emergency. We try to make sufficient stops to ensure the comfort of our passengers.
• For our tours we do have all sizes of coaches such as 30 seater, 49 seater and 55 seater. We choose the coach as per the number of participants in the tour and we tend to use the full capacity of our coach with no seat or hardly a seat or two empty in the coach.
• Our coaches will not have any WIFI facilities on board the coach.

Refunds:

• There will be no refund on utilized services.
• Due to reasons beyond our control such as strikes, heavy traffic, rain etc. or you did not use services such as Meals, Entrance Fees, Sightseeing Tour, Hotels, cruises, Optional Tours it is clearly understood that there will be no refund due to any reason whatsoever.
• Any refund (if due) process will take a minimum 30 days or the time taken as per the supplier policy on whose services needs to be refunded.
• Refunds will be given in USD only and through Bank Transfers only.

Minimum Participation & Tour Cancellation:

• Operations of Groups Tour to NZ is subject to Minimum Participation from any passengers as per slab wise rate.
• Tours specified in the brochure / itinerary is subject to minimum participation of paying participants. If the participants are below the minimum prescribed or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or without assigning any reason the company reserves the right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary or cancel a tour without incurring the liability to pay any compensation. 
• Under such circumstances the amount paid by you will be refunded forthwith after deducting the actual expenses incurred by us and the like but no compensation is payable. 
• If a company decides to operate the tour with participation below minimum stipulated or if the participants are required to travel as “individual traveler” the company reserves the right to collect additional amounts in case any. Persons travelling as individual travelers such cases will not be provided certain services including that of tour manager and the client may travel in the same itinerary with some amendments such as in coach, airport transfers, which are at fixed times etc.

• Above rates are subject to change without our prior notice as we are not holding any confirmation of hotel/Airline tickets/transportation and sightseeing tickets. 
• ROE will be considered on the day when you make the final payment.

Point To Be Noted:

• The interchange or swap in the flow of the cities is possible due to airline connections.
• Surcharges for weekends and conventions may apply for any trade fair/special event in the city.
• Child age: - 2-9 years. 
• Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
• We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standards.
• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in the above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, and sightseeing tours.
• We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
• No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
• We are not responsible for any extra baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
• Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
• Hotel check- in times are 3 pm and checkout times are 10 am.
• At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use.
