• If china group visa suspend on immediate basis then china normal single entry visa cost Rs. 7000/- per person and express single entry visa cost Rs 10500/- per person additional will be applicable
• PAR (Pre Arrival Registration): Grant of Pre Arrival Registration Form Either Success Or Unsuccessful Depends On Hong Kong Immigration Rules  And Is Not Flamingo’s Responsibility 

• 1 check in baggage of max. 20 kg will be allowed to check in at Macau Ferry Pier
• Only 1 main Bag and 1 hand bag allow per person in Ferry.
• Baggage should be in 760mm X 560 mm X 280mm & Hand Bag Should be in 600 mm X 200 mm X 350 mm. If baggage size more than above mentioned, then additional charges apply. 

• All Rates and Hotels are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Passports should be 6 months valid (from the return travel date)

• Hand written passports are strictly not allowed.

• NOC is compulsory for any children travelling without their parents and below 25 year.

• If change in no. of pax, the rate will change

• Room Size in HKG will be smaller in size and standard category

• Hotel check-in time after 15:00, check-out time before 11:00

• Hotel requires an amount of security deposit for incidental charges

• Flow of Itinerary subject to change

• Cruise Cabins if taken any, then rooms are smaller in size. Supplement cost available for higher categories 

• Breakfast will be American. No Indian items will be available in the breakfast.

• Flamingo is not responsible for any baggage lost at the Airport.

• Passenger is responsible for their own valuables, baggage and documents

• Porterage charge is not included. The passengers have to carry their own luggage at ferry Terminals, Immigrations and to the Rooms

• Once booking had been Reconfirmed / Guaranteed, all service will be arranged and prepaid. 

• Any cancellation or No-show will charged in full amount of whole package. 

• No refund for un-used rooms (early check-out/no show), tours, admission ticket, meals and transfer service.

• Waiting time for pick-up service:

• Airport transfer will only wait till one and half our after the given arrival flight time.

• Cruise / Pier transfer will only wait till one hour after the given arrival pier time

• Tours will only wait till 10min. after the given pick-up time

• All transfer & tour service will be suspended during TYPHOON / FOG & BAD weather

• Any booking request China Group visa, minimum for 2 person to apply and all passengers must be IN/OUT China Boarder together.

• Group visa are subject to approval by China Authority (No Guarantee).

• Passenger departure from Macau and China, the departure flight time must be after 14:00hrs, if not the departure transfer or ferry ticket to Hong Kong Airport will be on guest's own arrangement / own expenses.

BROCHURE ACCURACY

·        All information given in the Brochure /Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at thetime of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure/ itinerarybefore or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In caseif we will know about any changes before your departure we will update orcommunicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative willinform you of the changes on the tour. We have provided information to the bestof our knowledge and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in brochure.

HOW TO BOOK

The bookingprocedure is as below

·        Kindly fill our Booking Form and Submit Dully Signed.

·        Passport Copies of First and Last Page of AllPassengers (All Passport Must be valid minimum 6 months valid from the date ofyour return and it’s solely passengers responsibility to check beforesubmission. Any booking which has been action on non- valid passport passengers are liable to pay any chargesincurred due to the same.)

·        Deposit Amount: Rs.50000/- per person to secureyour seat in the Tour and if bookingis within 60 Days of Travel then deposit require as per the payment required onthat particular date as per payment policy mentioned below.

·        Dully Signed Terms and Conditions of Booking.

• Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only. Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfers, Demand Drafts, Cash and Credit Cards.
• Copy of PAN Card is required if Payment is made by cash and is more than Rs.50,000/- per person.
• If you are paying by Credit Card 1.70% of the amount paid by the card will be charged additionally on and above the tour cost.
