IMPORTANT NOTES :

Rooms are Smaller in Size will be in the outskirts or airport area of the city.
In Europe there might be longer journeys in the coach.
There are Fixed Vehicle driving hours in Europe so the Passengers will have to follow the time given by the tour manager.
For Triple sharing rooms the hotels will provide roll away bed.
All meals will be vegetarian meals. If you will like to have your own meals on your own there will be no reduction.
Tap Water Is Safe To Drink So It Is Advisable To Carry Empty Bottle From India.
The breakfast will be in Hotel only and will be cold breakfast.
All Hotels May Not Have Tea/Coffee Making Machines In Room.
Most of The Hotels May Not Have Air-Conditions In Their Rooms Because Of Cold Climatic Conditions.
There Is No Porterage Facility At The Airport / Hotel, Hence It Is Advisable To Carry A Light Weight Bag With Trolley.

It is compulsory for customer to check the hotel reviews on booking.com / Trip advisor and give final confirmation in Email.
These packages is customizable, which means that changes can be done to the itinerary/activity, if you desire so. Any alterations may result in additional payment & the final payment will be calculated as per the changes made in the itinerary which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
Passport Copies of First and Last Page of All Passengers (All Passport Must be valid minimum 6 months valid from the date of your return and it’s solely passengers responsibility to check before submission. Any booking which has been action on non-valid passport passengers are liable to pay any charges incurred due to the same)

Rate of exchange will be applicable on the day of making full and final payment from EUR to USD.
In case if you are traveling single and / or required single room single supplement will be applicable.
We are not holding any hotels/ Sightseeing’s /vehicles or any services. It will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
All rooms in hotels are Standard rooms. If an upgrade is requested, additional cost will be applicable.
Single Room will be smaller in size compared to standard rooms, but they will still be paying Single supplement for the same.

COACH RULES AND TERMS OF TRAVEL

Please note that according to driving laws of Europe a driver cannot drive more than 8 Hours and required 15Minutes break after 2 Hours of Driving &45 MINUTES BREAK AFTER 4 HOURS OF DRIVING.
Hours of Operations will be Maximum 11 Hrs. strictly. THERE IS NO WAY TO EXTEND THE HOURS.
The Coach is booked for the service mentioned above. If you need to use the car for any additional services additional charges is to be paid. The same has to be paid directly only.

Please Note : -

Vehicle can accommodated 1 Bag of 23 Kgs per person and 1 Small bag of 7 kgs per couple.
The couch will be a mega bus of 60 Seater.
There are two doors in coach which will help in loading and unloading and everyone has the same comfortable seats.
Please note that 60 seaters and 49 seaters are not allowed in the historic centers of most of the cities and many part of cities cannot be explored by bus because of narrow lanes, So most of the tours are walking tours.
Normally the coaches do not stop at the restaurant, you may have to walk have to walk a little to reach the restaurants and sightseeing's which is quite normal in Europe.
