• Non Refundable Services – If will confirm any non-refundable service then 100% Cancellation charges applicable for that service part (Hotel, Visa, Sightseeing, Train Ticket, Domestic Flight Ticket).
• 35 Days or more prior to Departure 25% of the tour cost
• 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
• 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
• 08 Days and beyond 100% of the Tour Cost
• 5% Service Tax is applicable on all cancellation amounts.
• All our tickets are being group tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of departure.  Also, if some sightseeing is issued the same must be payable.

In case of Azerbaijan visa rejection, the visa fee is strictly non-refundable, and any flight, hotel, or service cancellation charges will apply as per airline and supplier policies at the time of cancellation.

Actual expenses such as visa fees & ticket cancellation or credit note as per airline policy will be deducted from your deposit and credit voucher will be given for the remaining amount. Airline credit note if any will be transferred as well.

• Please note that 5% TCS (Till June) or 20% TCS (July onwards is applicable on our Total Tour Cost which can be claimed back. (Which is not part of Total Tour Cost and Charged additionally.) (Only for Indian Nations and Residents) 
• Rate of Exchange at the time of Payment. 
• ROE will be applicable on the day when you make final payment. Initial deposits will not be converted on that day’s rate of exchange. ROE will be considered on the final / full payment day only. 
• ROE will be determined as per interbank rate on www.xe.com + Rs.1// USD0.01 on the day when you make payment. When we send calculations are for the ideas only. When you make payment Rate of Exchange needs to be checked as it may be possible that after sending calculation payment is done 1 – 2 days afterwards. In that case no ROE difference will be accepted and payment has to be done asper the ROE prevailing on the day of Payment. 
• We are ok if you wish to make early payment in case USD exchange rate goes lower. You can keep checking the same on www.xe.com.

• Air Ticket - 100% payment require at the time of Booking
• Non Refundable Services – If will confirm any non-refundable service then 100% payment require for that service part at the time of Booking (Hotel, Visa, Sightseeing, Train Ticket, Domestic Flight Ticket).
• Initial deposit – Full INR Portion per person to confirm you're booking with us.
• Second Instalment - Rs. 30,000/- per person between 15 days of booking date.
• 100% payment is to be made at least 35 days before departure.
• Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date on Final payment

• 1st payment will be considered towards INR part payment only for Indian Passengers only
• Please note that it is mandatory to adhere the above schedule no matter if your visas are received or not.

This is the event which we usually organise online and offline Between 1 month before departure to 1 week before departure. The date and time will be conveyed to you by our office. Please note IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE SAME as it is not possible to repeat the same afterwards. You will be able to attend either online or offline, depending on your convenience. 

The same will be handed over to you 7 Days to 3 Days before your departure. (As per company policy we are not allowed to dispatch any tour documents if Payment is not fully done). We will try to adhere to above timeline in all cases. In case of heavy rush or unavoidable circumstances, we may have alterations in the same.

Your Travel documents will have the following things. 

• Your Airline Ticket (if you have booked tour inclusive of Airline) 
• Your Tour Voucher (which mentions your tour & its departure date, your room configuration, Meal Request and Tour Leader details.) 
• Hotel List 
• Detailed Itinerary 
• Emergency contact details
• Please make sure to check all the tour documents thoroughly before departure to avoid any mistakes.

• The group size can vary based on bookings, ranging from 16 to 45 people. Similarly, the size of the tour coach will depend on the number of passengers, with options including 49-seater, 35-seater, 22-seater, and 14-seater coaches.
• If you are booking as close group and for example you are 20 people 22 seater bus will be there, if you want bigger bus you can ask us on additional price.

• Tipping is not compulsory at any place.
• If you are taking any additional service like portage service or any hotel service, you have to pay service charge to them.
• If you are happy with the tour manager & local guide we request to give some tip to them.
