Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - 25% of tour cost - to confirm you are booking with us.
- 100% payment is to be made on or before time limit which will be given once the Hotel is blocked

Cancellation Policy
- 35 Days or more prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
- 34 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour
- Within 7 Days of Departure 100% o f the Tour Cost
- After Hotel deadline booking will be Non Refundable.
- Airline cancellation as per airline policy
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

- Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle .For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
- We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onwards flights.
- If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Our company is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
- If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
